漁業監督(兼職)主要負責(a)提供及監督漁業執法及牌照服務；
- (b)監督因發展項目或其他現象而對漁民及海魚養殖業人士發放特惠津貼／補助金的評估；
- (c)規劃及執行漁業╱海洋保育的執法行動和漁業╱海洋保護區的管理；
- (d)監督各種與漁業相關之牌照及證明書的簽發，及有關數據庫的維護；
- (e)評估發展項目對漁業的影響；及(f)執行漁業分站的行政及員工管理之職責。
註：
須不定時工作（包括晚間及周末）；在部門或商業漁船上工作；以及於漁船上進行漁船調查。
職責
The Supervisory Fisheries Inspector (Part-time) is mainly deployed on
- (a)providing and supervising the fisheries enforcement and licensing services;
- (b)supervising the assessment of claims from fishermen and fish farmers for ex-gratia allowance/compensation occasioned by development projects and other phenomena;
- (c)planning and performing fisheries/marine conservation enforcement activities and management of fisheries/marine protected areas;
- (d)supervising the issuance of various fisheries related licenses and certificates; and the maintenance of respective databases;
- (e)evaluating fisheries implications of development projects; and
- (f)performing the administrative and staff management duties of the Fisheries Sub-station.
Note:
Required to work irregular hours including evenings and weekends; to spend time at sea aboard departmental vessels or commercial fishing vessels; and to work on fishing vessels for conducting fishing vessel inspections.

- (a)
- (i)在香港中學文憑考試五科考獲第2級或同等 (註1) 或以上成績 (註2)，或具同等學歷；或
- (ii)在香港中學會考五科考獲第2級 (註3)／E級或以上成績 (註2)，或具同等學歷；
- (b)符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級(註3)或以上成績，或具同等成績；及
- (c)獲得上述資格後擁有20年與漁業執法及服務有關實際工作經驗。
The applicant must have
- (a)
- (i)Level 2 or equivalent (Note 1) or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) (Note 2), or equivalent; or
- (ii)Level 2 (Note 3) / Grade E or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) (Note 2), or equivalent;
- (b)met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 (Note 3) or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE or HKCEE, or equivalent; and
- (c)20 years' post-qualification practical experience in fisheries enforcement and servicing the fisheries industry.

- (1)香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標並表現優異」成績，以及其他語言科目C級成績，會被視為相等於新高中科目第3級成績；香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標」成績，以及其他語言科目E級成績，會被視為相等於新高中科目第2級成績。
- (2)有關科目包括中國語文及英國語文科。
- (3)2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) C級及E級成績，在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級和第2級成績。
