(a) To facilitate the implementation and evaluation of the project;
(b) To develop resources for enhancing students' social-emotional development in kindergartens;
(c) To provide consultation and on-site support and training to school administrators, teachers, other professionals and parents in kindergartens;
(d) To plan, coordinate and conduct various training activities such as school-based workshops, joint-school training or territory-wide training and sharing activities etc; and
(e) To perform other professional duties as required.

(a) A Hong Kong bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, or equivalent [See Notes (i) and (ii)];
(b) Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and in English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent [See Note (iii)];
(c) A minimum of five years of teaching experience in kindergartens [See Note (iv)];
(d) At least two years of working experience in educational projects and research/teacher training/parent training preferred [See Note (iv)];
(e) Good Command of both spoken and written Chinese and English;
(f) Well-versed in presentation software and presentation design preferred;
(g) Good communication, interpersonal, analytical and organization skills, ability to work independently and as a team; and
(h) Candidates may be required to attend a selection interview [See Note (v)].
