職責
(1) 提供櫃台及熱線查詢服務;
(2) 協助處理學生資助申請、資助發放等事宜;
(3) 檢收及覆核申請人遞交的貸款申請文件;
(4) 督導員工處理學生資助申請、資助發放、一般辦公室工作等;
(5) 處理一般辦公室工作;及
(6) 為上級提供文書及行政支援。
(1) Handle public enquiries at counter and via hotlines;
(2) Assist in processing applications for student financial assistance and handling matters of payment, etc;
(3) Collect and vet loan application documents submitted by applicants;
(4) Supervise clerical staff in processing applications for student financial assistance and handling matters of payment and general administrative duties;
(5) Provide general office support; and
(6) Provide clerical and administrative support to supervisors.
入職條件
(1) (a) 在香港中學文憑考試五科考獲第2級或同等或以上成績(包括中國語文、英國語文及數學),或具同等學歷;或
(b) 在香港中學會考五科考獲第2級/E級或以上成績(包括中國語文、英國語文(課程乙)及數學),或具同等學歷;
(2) 具備最少1年全職文書及/或顧客服務工作經驗;
(3) 具備良好電腦應用知識,懂得中英文打字及使用MS Word, Excel, Access 等;
(4) 具備良好中英文講寫能力;
(5) 具備良好溝通技巧、邏輯思維和富團隊精神;及
(6) 具備櫃台服務工作經驗者會作優先考慮。
(1) (a) Level 2 or equivalent or above in five subjects (including Chinese Language, English Language and Mathematics) in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent; or
(b) Level 2 / Grade E or above in five subjects (including Chinese Language, English Language (Syllabus B) and Mathematics) in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent;
(2) A minimum of 1 year’s full-time clerical and / or customer service working experience;
(3) Have good computer knowledge, possess Chinese and English word processing skills and proficient in the use of computer applications such as MS Word, Excel, Access, etc;
(4) Good oral and writing ability in both Chinese and English;
(5) Good communication skills, logical thinking and team spirit; and
(6) Counter service working experience will be an advantage.
