規劃師主要(a)為香港房屋委員會轄下公共房屋發展項目物色和確定合適土地，研究地盤的發展潛力以及制定發展參數；(b)檢討和更新公共房屋建屋計劃和重建計劃；(c)監察及檢討與公共房屋有關的規劃標準、進行與規劃有關的研究和檢討工作；(d)在所有與公共房屋發展有關的地區規劃事宜上提供意見；以及(e)執行其他相關的職務如項目管理、設計和合約管理的職責。
職責
A Planning Officer is mainly deployed on
- (a)searching and identifying suitable sites, conducting site potential studies and preparing development parameters for public housing development under the Hong Kong Housing Authority’s purview;
- (b)reviewing and updating programmes for public housing production and redevelopment;
- (c)monitoring and reviewing planning standards related to public housing and conducting planning-related researches and reviews;
- (d)providing input to all district planning matters relating to public housing development; and
- (e)performing any other associated duties as required such as project management, design and contract administration duties.
入職條件
申請人必須
- (a)
- (i)為香港規劃師學會的正式會員；或(ii)為其他已獲房屋署署長認可的專業城市規劃學會的正式會員，並在香港規劃師學會資格審定考試第II部取得及格成績；(b)至少具備一年取得正式會員資格後從事規劃界別的合適工作經驗[請參閱註(1)]；(c)在綜合招聘考試的能力傾向測試取得及格成績[請參閱註(3)]；(d)符合語文能力要求，即在綜合招聘考試兩張語文試卷(中文運用及英文運用)中取得「二級」成績，或具備同等成績[請參閱註(4)]；以及(e)在《基本法及香港國安法》測試取得及格成績[請參閱註(5)]。
Candidates should have
- (a)
- (i)Corporate Membership of the Hong Kong Institute of Planners (HKIP); or
- (ii)Corporate Membership of other professional town planning institutes recognised by the Director of Housing, and a pass in Part II of the HKIP Qualifying Examination;
- (b)at least 1 year’s appropriate post-corporate membership experience in the planning field (see Note (1));
- (c)a pass result in the Aptitude Test in the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE) (see Note (3));
- (d)met the language proficiency requirements of “Level 2” results in the two language papers (Use of Chinese and Use of English) in the CRE, or equivalent (see Note (4)); and
- (e)a pass result in the Basic Law and National Security Law Test (BLNST) (see Note (5)).
入職條件(註)
- (1)將於2024年10月31日或之前取得所需工作經驗的人士也可申請。申請人如獲錄用，必須在2024年10月31日或之前已取得所需工作經驗才會獲聘任。申請人的其他資歷則以截止申請日期或之前為準。
- (2)申請人如具備香港註冊專業規劃師的資格，可獲優先考慮。
- (3)除了綜合招聘考試，申請人或須要參加由部門舉辦的規劃師招聘筆試。申請人必須在有關筆試取得及格成績才會有機會參加面試。
- (4)綜合招聘考試的中文運用及英文運用試卷的成績分為二級、一級或不及格，並以二級為最高等級。 政府在聘任公務員時，香港中學文憑考試中國語文科第5級或以上成績；或香港高級程度會考中國語文及文化、中國語言文學或中國語文科C級或以上的成績，會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試中文運用試卷的二級成績。香港中學文憑考試中國語文科第4級成績；或香港高級程度會考中國語文及文化、中國語言文學或中國語文科D級的成績，會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試中文運用試卷的一級成績。 香港中學文憑考試英國語文科第5級或以上成績；或香港高級程度會考英語運用科C級或以上成績;或General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level) (GCE A Level) English Language科C級或以上成績，會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的二級成績。香港中學文憑考試英國語文科第4級成績；或香港高級程度會考英語運用科D級成績；或GCE A Level English Language科D級成績，會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的一級成績。 在International English Language Testing System (IELTS) 學術模式整體分級取得6.5或以上，並在同一次考試中各項個別分級取得不低於6的成績的人士，在IELTS考試成績的兩年有效期內，會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的二級成績。IELTS考試成績必須在職位申請期內其中任何一日有效。
- (5)政府會測試所有應徵公務員職位人士的《基本法》及《香港國安法》知識。在《基本法及香港國安法》測試取得及格成績是所有公務員職位的入職條件。申請人必須在《基本法及香港國安法》測試中取得及格成績方會獲考慮聘用。如申請人在申請公務員職位時仍未曾參加相關的《基本法及香港國安法》測試或未曾在相關的《基本法及香港國安法》測試考獲及格成績，仍可作出申請。他們會被安排在招聘過程中參加相關《基本法及香港國安法》測試。
