合約物料供應員的主要職責為(a)負責向《常備承辦協議》(《協議》)承辦商發出購買《協議》物品的報價邀請，並發出訂貨單及安排付款；(b)協助處理採購不超過部門財政限額的物料和服務事宜；(c)協助處理不同報表及每年盤點物料供應組的非耗用品；(d)負責更新部門內聯網內有關物料供應組的資訊；及(e)執行上司分派的其他工作。
職責
The Contract Supplies Supervisor is mainly deployed on
- (a)preparing and issuing invitation for seeking acquisition proposals from Standing Offer Agreements (SOA) contractors and placing orders and arranging payment for SOA items;
- (b)assisting in preparation and issue of quotation invitations for procurement of goods and services under direct purchase authority;
- (c)assisting in preparation of various returns and conducting annual inventory checking of the Supplies Section;
- (d)updating information related to the Supplies Section on the Departmental Intranet; and
- (e)performing any other duties as assigned by the senior officers.
入職條件
申請人須 -
- (1)(a)在香港中學文憑考試五科包括中國語文、英國語文及數學考獲第2級或同等[見註(1)]或以上成績，或具同等學歷；或
- (b)在香港中學會考五科包括中國語文、英國語文及數學考獲第2級[見註(2)]／E級或以上成績，或具同等學歷﹔或
- (2)(a) 持有前香港理工學院所頒發的倉庫管理修業證書或倉庫管理高級證書﹔或
- (b)持有前香港工業學院所頒發的物料供應學普通課程證書﹔或
- (c)持有香港浸會大學持續進修學院所頒發的物料供應及採購學證書；或
- (d)持有前職業訓練局屬下工業學院所頒發的倉庫管理證書、採購及物料供應學證書或物料採購及倉庫管理文憑；或
- (e)持有香港專業教育學院所頒發的倉庫管理證書或採購及物料供應學證書；或同等學歷；及
- (3)符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科成績達第2級[見註(2)]或以上，或具同等學歷。
Candidates should have -
- (1)(a)Level 2 or equivalent [see Note (1)] or above in five subjects, including Chinese Language, English Language and Mathematics, in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent; or
- (b)Level 2 [see Note (2)] / Grade E or above in five subjects, including Chinese Language, English Language and Mathematics, in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent; OR
- (2)(a) Certificate of Proficiency in Stores Supervision or Advanced Certificate in Storekeeping issued by the former Hong Kong Polytechnic; or
- (b)Supply Officers Ordinary Course Certificate issued by the former Hong Kong Technical College; or
- (c)Certificate in Purchasing & Supply issued by the Hong Kong Baptist University - School of Continuing Education; or
- (d)Certificate in Stores Supervision or Certificate in Purchasing & Supply or Diploma in Purchasing & Stores Supervision issued by a former technical institute of the Vocational Training Council; or
- (e)Certificate in Stores Supervision or Certificate in Purchasing & Supply issued by the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education; or equivalent; AND
- (3)met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 [see Note (2)] or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the HKDSEE or HKCEE, or equivalent.
入職條件(註)
- (1)香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標並表現優異」成績，以及其他語言科目C級成績，會被視為相等於新高中科目第3級成績；香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標」成績，以及其他語言科目E級成績，會被視為相等於新高中科目第2級成績。
- (2)2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) C級及E級成績，在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級和第2級成績。
