職責
(a) 領導金融科技團隊制定策略和業務計劃，以吸引海外及內地金融科技公司、人才和企業家來香港，並推廣香港作為全球金融科技樞紐的地位；
(b) 領導團隊提供一站式服務，以協助金融科技公司來港開業及擴展業務，並與相關持份者建立聯繫；
(c) 與香港及海外金融科技持份者建立緊密的聯繫網絡，凝聚所有持份者，建立業界資料庫；
(d) 透過與其他團隊及有關持份者緊密合作，於香港及海外策劃及支持金融科技活動、推廣及公關活動；
(e) 建立並推行一系列服務，領導團隊協助金融科技公司及企業家，並且提供後續支援；
(f) 搜集並分析市場情報及資訊，以增加有關的市場知識，並就提升香港作為亞洲頂尖的金融科技樞紐的競爭力和吸引力方面提出建議；以及
(g) 與其他政府部門聯繫，協調香港的金融科技發展，並就本署發展金融科技的角色，編製有關文件及回應媒體及其他政府部門。
(a) To lead a Fintech team in developing a strategy and business plan to attract overseas and Mainland Fintech companies, talent and entrepreneurs to Hong Kong and promote the city as a global hub for Fintech;
(b) To lead the team in providing a one-stop service to facilitate Fintech companies to set up and expand in the city and connect them with relevant stakeholders;
(c) To establish strong networks with Fintech stakeholders in Hong Kong and overseas; and build a relevant database;
(d) To work closely with other teams and stakeholders in staging and supporting Fintech events and marketing and PR initiatives in Hong Kong and overseas;
(e) To build and implement a range of service offerings for the Fintech team to serving Fintech companies and entrepreneurs and provide aftercare support;
(f) To collect and analyse market intelligence and information to build market knowledge and recommend ways to improve Hong Kong’s competitiveness and attractiveness as a leading Fintech hub in Asia; and
(g) To liaise with other government departments to coordinate Fintech development in Hong Kong; to prepare relevant papers and responses to media and other government departments as required on the Department’s role in developing Fintech.
入職條件
(a) 持有香港學士學位或同等學歷，主修計算機科學、數學、法律、工商管理、市場營銷、經濟或相關科目。如具有更高學歷者更佳；
(b) 具備最少十年與以下範疇有關的工作經驗：與金融科技方面有關的帳戶管理、業務拓展或市場推廣，以及媒體或科技產業；有前線管理經驗更理想；
(c) 對金融科技及創業生態系統具有豐富知識，曾在金融科技初創企業工作，具有投資推廣或經濟發展方面工作經驗者會有優勢；
(d) 與香港及/或海外的金融科技創業生態系統有良好的聯繫網絡更理想；
(e) 具備優秀的英語寫作能力及口語表達技巧；如具備良好中文寫作能力並通曉粵語及普通話更理想，而懂得其他語言會有優勢。
(a) A Hong Kong Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in computer science, mathematics, law, business administration, marketing, economics, or related field; a higher degree would be an advantage;
(b) Minimum 10 years of relevant full-time work experience gained in account management, business development, or marketing within the financial services, media or technology industry, experience in line management is also desirable;
(c) Sound knowledge and good understanding of Fintech and startup ecosystems and experience in working with the Fintech community. Experience in investment promotion or economic development would be an advantage;
(d) Good networks within the Hong Kong and/or overseas Fintech startup ecosystems is desirable; and
(e) Have an excellent command of written and spoken English. Good command of written Chinese, spoken Cantonese and Putonghua is desirable. Proficiency in other languages will be an advantage.
