- (e)處理牌照申請及／或續牌工作；
- (f)實地巡察旅行代理商；以及
- (g)執行其他獲委派的工作。

職責
The successful candidate will assist in -
- (a)reviewing financial statements of travel agents and extracting data therein;
- (b)extraction and compilation of data on travel agents;
- (c)conducting researches and studies related to the Travel Industry Compensation Fund;
- (d)analysing feedback collected from goodwill visits to travel agents;
- (e)processing licence applications;
- (f)on-site inspection of travel agents; and
- (g)any other duties assigned.
入職條件
申請人須－
- (a)是香港特別行政區永久性居民；
- (b)為修讀全日制學士學位課程的專上院校學生，對會計或資訊科技有基礎認識者會較有優勢；
- (c)在2016/17年升讀第二或第三或最後一年課程；
- (d)具備良好中、英文書寫及口語能力（須在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考的中國語文科和英國語文科取得第3等級或以上的成績，或同等學歷）；
- (e)具備良好溝通技巧，擅於同時兼顧多項任務；以及
- (f)熟悉中文輸入及Microsoft Office應用程式，包括Word、Excel和PowerPoint。
註：
2007年前香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科(課程乙)「C級」的成績，在行政上會被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科「第3等級」的成績。
Applicants should –
- (a)be permanent residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region;
- (b)be post-secondary students pursuing a full-time Bachelor’s degree, preferably with basic accounting or IT knowledge;
- (c)be proceeding to the second/ third or final year of study in 2016/17;
- (d)have good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (with Level 3 or above in both Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) or equivalent);
- (e)have good communication and multi-tasking skills; and
- (f)be proficient in Chinese word processing and computer applications including Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Note:
For appointment purpose, “Grade C” in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in previous HKCEE is accepted administratively as comparable to “Level 3” in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.
