- (a)參與發展和制訂中學英國語文教育課程，以及監察和評鑑課程的推行情況；
- (b)協助策劃、籌辦及提供在職英語教師專業發展課程，以協助推行英國語文教育課程和其他課程新措施；
- (c)協助策劃、籌辦和參與課程支援活動，包括編訂、製作和推廣有關學習英國語文的教學資源及成功經驗；
- (d)參與舉辦和監察與課程創新有關的活動、計劃、研究和評鑑；
- (e)提供支援服務；
- (f)評審英國語文課本及教材套；
- (g)提供與科目有關的專業服務，以及參與教育局內部及/或外間與科目有關的委員會和專責小組的工作；
- (h)發展、推廣和推行提高語文水平的措施；

職責
- (a)To take part in developing the English Language Education curriculum and in monitoring and evaluating its implementation at the secondary level;
- (b)To assist in planning, organising and providing in-service professional development programmes for English teachers to facilitate the implementation of the English Language curriculum and other curriculum initiatives;
- (c)To assist in planning and organising, and to take part in, curriculum support activities (including the development, production and dissemination of English Language learning and teaching resource materials, and exemplars of good practices);
- (d)To take part in conducting and monitoring curriculum innovation programmes, projects, research and evaluation;
- (e)To provide support services;
- (f)To review English Language textbooks and learning packages;
- (g)To provide subject-related professional services and to participate in subject-related committees and task groups within and/or outside the Education Bureau;
- (h)To develop, promote and implement language improvement measures;
- (i)To perform administrative duties related to the day-to-day operation of the English Language Education Section; and
- (j)To undertake any other duties assigned.
入職條件
- (a)持有本港所頒授的英國語文、教育(主修英語)、翻譯、傳理或有關的學士學位，或具備同等學歷；以及持有本港專上教育機構所頒授的教育證書，或具備同等學歷[參閱註(ii)]；
- (b)符合語文能力要求，即在綜合招聘考試中的兩張語文試卷(中文運用及英文運用)取得「二級」成績或具備同等成績[參閱註(iii)]；
- (c)在取得有關學歷後，具備不少於6年有關教學及/或課程發展的經驗；
- (d)申請人如具備有關的碩士或博士學位，或具備同等學歷，可獲優先考慮；以及
- (e)良好的領導能力及人際技巧。
- (a)A Hong Kong bachelor's degree majoring in English, Education (majoring in English), Translation, Communications, or equivalent; and a certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution, or equivalent [see Note (ii)];
- (b)Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 results in the two language paper [Use of Chinese (UC) and Use of English (UE)] in the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE), or equivalent [see Notes (iii)];
- (c)At least 6 years' relevant post-qualification experience in teaching and/or curriculum development;
- (d)Preference will be given to candidates who have a relevant higher degree, or equivalent; and
- (e)good leadership and interpersonal skills.

- (i)課程主任(英國語文教育)職位的申請日期為2016年9月9日(星期五)至2016年9月23日(星期五)。
- (ii)申請人須在申請表上清楚註明所修讀學位課程的主修和副修科目。申請人如有其他學歷(例如有關科目的碩士或博士學位)，亦須一併在申請表上列明。
- (iii)綜合招聘考試中文運用及英文運用試卷的成績分為「二級」、「一級」或「不及格」，並以「二級」為最高等級。香港中學文憑考試中國語文科第5級或以上成績，或香港高級程度會考中國語文及文化、中國語言文學或中國語文科「C」級或以上的成績，會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試中文運用試卷的「二級」成績。香港中學文憑考試英國語文科第5級或以上成績，或香港高級程度會考英語運用科「C」級或以上成績，或General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level) English Language科「C」級或以上成績，會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的「二級」成績。申請人如在International English Language Testing System (IELTS)學術模式整體分級取得6.5或以上，並在同一次考試中各項個別分級取得不低於6的成績，在考試成績的兩年有效期內，會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的「二級」成績。IELTS考試成績必須在職位申請期內其中任何一日有效。
- (iv)為提高大眾對《基本法》的認知和在社區推廣學習《基本法》的風氣，政府會測試所有應徵教育局課程主任職位人士的《基本法》知識。申請人在基本法測試的表現會佔其整體表現的一個適當比重。
- (v)申請人須處事盡責、積極主動、對工作有熱誠，並須品格良好，願意為教育界服務，作出承擔，以及能以中英文與人有效溝通。
