(a) To provide on-site school-based support to the participating kindergartens (KGs) in designing and organising the curriculum, developing teaching and assessment strategies and resources; (b) To organise and conduct school-based / district-based / territory-wide workshops and seminars for professional sharing; (c) To generate knowledge and conceptualise school practices for dissemination to the KG sector; and (d) To liaise with school heads / relevant parties to review and refine the curriculum support measures for children with diverse needs.

(a) A Hong Kong bachelor's or higher degree related to Early Childhood Education / Educational Psychology, or equivalent (See Note 1); (b) A certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution, or equivalent; (c) Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent (see Note 2); and (d) At least 6 years' of relevant post-qualification experience in teaching, curriculum development or quality assurance work with KGs (see Note 3).
