職責
影片製作主任的主要職責為：
(a) 製作影片，包括監製拍攝、剪片、後期製作、直播節目和影像訪問和動畫製作；
(b) 為特定内容提供影片製作概念和撰寫文稿；
(c) 在社交媒體直播活動和官員訪問；
(d) 在直播期間主管控制室，包括管理不同的直播畫面、處理圖像、混音等；
(e) 製作特定内容和官員訪問的短片；以及
(f) 進行其他被委派的職務。

Main duties of the Film Production Officer are:
(a) To be responsible for supervising video production, including video shooting, video editing, post-production effects, live shows production, and video interviews as well as animation production;
(b) To develop production concepts and compile video scripts for productions on given topics;
(c) To be responsible for live streaming of events and interviews with government officials via various social media platforms;
(d) To man control room during live streaming, including controlling multiple live feeds, handling graphics, mixing audios, etc;
(e) To produce short videos on given topics and interviews with government officials;
(f) To perform any other duties as assigned.

(a) 持有本地任何一所大學頒授的文學/ 創意媒體/ 媒體設計/ 攝影/ 圖像設計/電影學或新聞學相關學科的學士學位或碩士學位，或具備同等學歷；
(b) 在取得學位後，具備最少十年於本地或國際傳媒機構從事電視新聞，多媒體製作或影像製作的全職工作經驗；
(c) 具備優良的中英文講、寫表達能力及能操基本普通話；
(d) 具備電視新聞製作之經驗，包括製作直播新聞及訪問，攝影厰錄影及影片製作；
(e) 具備軟件操作技能，包括Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator 和Final Cut Pro；以及
(f) 工作有條理、處事細心，能在有限的時間下完成工作；且願意長時間或不定時工作。

Candidates should:
(a) have a bachelor degree or a master degree in Arts/ Creative Media / Media Design / Videography / Graphic Design / Film Production and Journalism, from a university in Hong Kong, or equivalent;
(b) have at least 10 years’ full-time post graduate working experience in broadcast journalism, or video production in local or international media organisations;
(c) have good command of written Chinese and English; fluent Cantonese and English with basic knowledge of Putonghua;
(d) have experience in broadcast journalism, including live news broadcast and interviews, studio filming and video production;
(e) be proficient in software applications including Adobe production software like Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Final Cut Pro.; and
(f) be organised, attentive to details and with strong commitment to accomplish tasks under tight deadlines; and prepared to work long and irregular hours.
