- (a)進行室內或室外攝錄工作，包括場地的錄音及燈光等；
- (b)協助製作社交媒體內容，包括圖像處理、動畫編輯及影片的後期製作；
- (c)協助購買及維護影片製作所涉及的器材硬件和軟件；
- (d)協助監察及引進運用在社交媒體上的影片及影像製作新方法、技術、器材等；
- (e)協助推廣天文台的社交媒體服務、宣傳及公眾參與等活動；
- (f)或須輪班及不定時（包括星期六、星期日及公眾假期）工作，以及在惡劣天氣情況下，如熱帶氣旋、暴雨或其他緊急情況下工作；及
- (g)執行其他天文台的相關職務。
職責
- (a)Perform outdoor/indoor filming and photography, including operation of location sound recording and lighting;
- (b)Assist in the production of social media post content, including image processing, graphics/animation editing and video post-processing;
- (c)Assist in the procurement and maintenance of hardware and software relating to filming and video production;
- (d)Assist in monitoring and introducing new practices, techniques, equipment, etc. in respect of the use of video production / photography for social media;
- (e)Assist in the promotion of HKO’s social media service, publicity and public engagement activities, etc.;
- (f)May need to work shifts and irregular hours including Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays and during adverse weather situations such as tropical cyclones, rainstorms and other emergencies; and
- (g)Perform other related duties as required by HKO.

申請人必須符合以下條件：
- (a)
- (i)持有香港任何一所大學頒授的相關學位（電影及電視、數碼媒體、舞台及娛樂藝術）或同等學歷，並具備兩年為電視製作或攝錄工作所涉及的拍攝、燈光、錄音等相關工作經驗；或
- (ii)持有香港的專上院校頒授經評審的相關副學士學位或獲認可的相關高級文憑（電影及電視、數碼媒體、舞台及娛樂藝術）或同等學歷，並具備三年為電視製作或攝錄工作所涉及的拍攝、燈光、錄音等相關工作經驗；或
- (iii)持有香港專上院校頒授獲認可的相關文憑（電影及電視、數碼媒體、舞台及娛樂藝術）或同等學歷，並具備四年為電視製作或攝錄工作所涉及的拍攝、燈光、錄音等相關工作經驗；及
- (b)精通多媒體創作工具，如Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, After Effects等；及
- (c)能以中、英文有效溝通；及
- (d)對氣象及天文台的核心服務有基本的了解。
Candidates should have
- (a)
- (i)a Hong Kong Bachelor degree in a related discipline (Film and TV, Digital Media, Theatre and Entertainment Art), or equivalent; and 2 years’ relevant experience in filming, lighting, sound recording for TV production or videography; OR
- (ii)an accredited associate degree or an accredited higher diploma in a related discipline (Film and TV, Digital Media, Theatre and Entertainment Art) from a Hong Kong tertiary institution, or equivalent; and 3 years’ relevant experience in filming, lighting, sound recording for TV production, or videography; OR
- (iii)an accredited diploma in a related discipline (Film and TV, Digital Media, Theatre and Entertainment Art) from a Hong Kong tertiary institution, or equivalent; and 4 years’ relevant experience in filming, lighting, sound recording for TV production, or videography; AND
- (b)proficiency in multi-media authoring tools, e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, etc.; AND
- (c)ability to communicate effectively in Chinese and English; AND
- (d)basic understanding of meteorology and Hong Kong Observatory’s core services.
