暑期實習生主要負責 –
- (a)協助部門收款的日常運作、對帳、統計數據的彙編；及
- (b)協助處理合同管理及行政支援的工作。
職責
Summer intern is mainly deployed –
- (a)to assist in the daily operations, reconciliation and compilation of statistics of departmental revenue collection;
- (b)to assist in contract administration and administrative support duties.
入職條件
申請人須 –
- (i)在專上院校就讀全日制課程；
- (ii)就讀以會計或金融為主修科的兩年制學士課程，並已修畢一年級課程或就讀以會計或金融為主修科的三年制或以上學士課程，並已修畢二年級課程；
- (iii)在實習期開始前並非正在修讀或剛完成最後一年課程；
- (iv)擁有良好的中文及英文能力；
- (v)精通MS Office，包括Excel、Word及PowerPoint；及
- (vi)有會計相關的工作經驗可獲優先考慮。
Applicants should-
- (i)be students studying full-time programmes offered by post-secondary institutions;
- (ii)have completed the first year of a bachelor degree with major in Accountancy / Finance for students studying a two-year programme or have completed the second year of a bachelor degree with major in Accountancy / Finance for students studying a programme of more than two years;
- (iii)not be studying in or have just completed their final year of study before the internship period commences;
- (iv)have good command of Chinese and English;
- (v)be proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint; and
- (vi)preferably with accounting-related working experience.
