職責
- (a)To organize and deliver professional development programmes for teachers and panel heads ;
- (b)To support the development and enhancement of learning and teaching resources related to Design and Technology (D&T) subjects and Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) education;
- (c)To support schools to upgrade their facilities for implementation of Technology education and STEM education;
- (d)To offer advice on the curriculum, pedagogical and implementation issues in schools;
- (e)To identify and disseminate good practices in planning as well as learning and teaching of related disciplines;
- (f)To arrange related promotion activities or events; and
- (g)To undertake any other duties assigned.
入職條件
- (a)持有本港所頒授主修設計與科技(例如產品設計或工業科技)或工程(例如機械、電機、電子、工業、製造或系統及自動化)學士學位，或具備同等學歷[參閱註(i)]；
- (b)持有本港專上教育機構所頒授的教育證書，或具備同等學歷；
- (c)在取得上述(a)及(b)學歷後，具備不少於6年在中學任教及/或課程發展的經驗[參閱註(ii)]；
- (d)熟悉本地教育制度和近期的課程改革；以及
- (e)具備推行科學、科技、工程及數學(STEM)教育活動或項目經驗者優先。
- (a)A Hong Kong bachelor's degree majoring in Design and Technology (e.g. Product Design or Industrial Technology) or Engineering (e.g. Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Industrial, Manufacturing or Systems and Automation), or equivalent [See Note (i)];
- (b)A certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution, or equivalent;
- (c)At least 6 years' relevant post-qualification experience in teaching and/or curriculum development in secondary schools [See Note (ii)];
- (d)Good knowledge of the local education systems and the recent curriculum reforms; and
- (e)Experience in implementing events or activities in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) education preferred.
