職責
- (a)To provide desk research support and compile statistics to answer enquiries from internal colleagues and external parties, specifically related to economic, trade and Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) related subjects;
- (b)To support research projects (e.g. interview survey) - including survey implementation, project progress monitoring and data collection and analysis;
- (c)To perform annual maintenance of the Invest Hong Kong library;
- (d)To help capture useful lead information for potential companies planning to set up offices in Hong Kong and share the information via Client Relations Management (CRM) System; and
- (e)To research and provide administrative support for the maintenance of the service provider database and other ad hoc tasks.
入職條件
- (a)大專院校全日制學位課程 (或同等學歷) 的在學學生；
- (b)在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第5級或以上成績，或具同等學歷；
- (c)操流利英語及廣東話，通曉普通話更佳；
- (d)具備良好的組織、溝通及分析技巧，熟悉運用互聯網；
- (e)具團隊精神，主動自發工作，友善及態度正面；
- (f)熟悉中文及英文打字；及
- (g)精通Microsoft Word、Excel 及 PowerPoint的應用。
- (a)Be currently enrolled in full-time degree courses (or equivalent);
- (b)Have attained ‘Level 5’ or above in English Language and Chinese Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent;
- (c)Be proficient in English and Cantonese. Proficient in Putonghua will be an advantage;
- (d)Have good organisational, communication, analytical and internet skills;
- (e)Be a team player/ self-starter with a pleasant and positive personality;
- (f)Have good English and Chinese typing skills; and
- (g)Be proficient in the application of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
