職責
- (a)To assist with the content update of InvestHK’s website and social media sites;
- (b)To assist with the artwork and production for local, overseas, online and outdoor advertising;
- (c)To assist with refreshing the PowerPoint template and infographics;
- (d)To assist with video production (e.g. case studies, key sales messages, etc.);
- (e)To assist with the writing and proofreading of publications, (e.g. newsletters, sector flyers, case study booklets, etc.);
- (f)To assist with the updating of databases on client profiles and case studies;
- (g)To assist with the re-printing exercise; and
- (h)To help liaise with external vendors and to monitor their progress.
入職條件
- (a)大專院校全日制學位課程 (或同等學歷) 的在學學生，修讀語文 / 翻譯 / 市場學 / 新聞及傳理學者獲優先考慮；
- (b)熟悉社交媒體網站及相關工具；
- (c)具備錄像製作及影片剪輯技巧；
- (d)具備以資訊圖像表達數據的知識和經驗；
- (e)熟悉中文及英文打字；
- (f)精通Microsoft Word、Excel、PowerPoint及InDesign的應用；及
- (g)具備良好的組織及溝通技巧。
- (a)Be currently enrolled in full-time degree courses (or equivalent) studying in the streams of language, translation, marketing, journalism and communications;
- (b)Have good understanding of social media websites and tools;
- (c)Have video production and editing skills;
- (d)Have knowledge and experience in presenting data in infographics;
- (e)Have good English and Chinese typing skills;
- (f)Be proficient in the application of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and InDesign; and
- (g)Have good organisational and communication skills.
