• (a)to supervise a team of customer service officers; and <br>
• (b)to handle enquiries and complaints from the public through telephone and other electronic means, such as email, fax, mobile apps, etc. <br>The job holder is required to work on shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and overnight shifts. He/She is also required to work as scheduled in the event of inclement weather such as during typhoon and black rainstorm. <br>Successful candidate may be required to assume duty at short notice and is subject to deployment to any offices of 1823 in any district of Hong Kong.

Candidate should - <br>

• (a)have attained Level 2 or equivalent or above in five subjects including Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) (Note 1), or equivalent; or Level 2 / Grade E or above in five subjects including Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) (Note 2), or equivalent; and <br>
• (b)have 2 years of full-time working experience in call centre operation or customer service, of which at least 1 year should be at supervisory level; and <br>
• (c)be fluent in English and Cantonese, fluency in Putonghua is an advantage; and <br>
• (d)be familiar with PC applications, including Chinese typing skills. <br>Preference will be given to candidates with working experience in call centre.
