- (a)提供應用程式、桌面電腦和資訊科技基建系統的支援； <br>
- (b)管理和維護各種電腦，通訊伺服器和網絡設備日常的運作； <br>
- (c)於系統發生故障時，對問題作出分析和提供基本的解決方法。在有需要時，要向供應商報告並尋求支援； <br>
- (d)協助系統開發；及 <br>
- (e)需要輪班，包括通宵工作，在星期六，日或公眾假期期間不定時工作，以及在惡劣天氣如颱風及黑色暴雨期間工作。 <br>獲聘用者或需於短時間內上任及被調派至本港任何一個地區的1823辦公室工作。
職責
- (a)to provide end-user support on applications, desktop PC and IT infrastructure system; <br>
- (b)to manage the operation and maintenance of various computers, communication servers and network equipment; <br>
- (c)to provide problem analysis and basic troubleshooting to system problem. Escalate problems to vendors’ second-tier support if necessary; <br>
- (d)to assist in system development; and <br>
- (e)required to work on irregular shifts, including overnight shifts, on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays as well as in inclement weather such as during typhoon and black rainstorm. <br>The successful candidate may be required to assume duty at short notice and is subject to deployment to any offices of 1823 in any district of Hong Kong.

- (b)在香港中學文憑考試五科包括中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級或同等或以上成績

(c)在取得上述學歷後，具有不少於一年應用程式開發或資訊系統支援的工作經驗；及 <br>
(d)具有不少於一年操作和管理Windows伺服器2008或以上和Windows 7或以上的經驗；及 <br>
(e)擁有良好的溝通技巧和獨立解決問題的能力。 <br>如具備操作和管理最少以下其中兩種系統的經驗，可獲優先考慮: <br>
(1)Windows AD伺服器和Linux伺服器； <br>
(2)微軟辦公軟件； <br>
(3)Juniper網絡設備例如:Pulse Secure SSL VPN, SRX Firewall (Junos)和network switch； <br>
(4)Microsoft SQL數據庫或Oracle數據庫； <br>
(5)虛擬化系統例如: VMware； <br>
(6)電話系統例如:Avaya；及 <br>
(7)錄音和錄屏系統例如: NICE 和 Verint。
Candidate should have - <br>
- (a)an accredited Hong Kong Diploma or Higher Certificate in Information Technology, Information System, Computer Science or Electronic Engineering, or equivalent or above; and <br>
- (b)Level 2 or equivalent or above in five subjects including Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) (Note 1), or equivalent; or Level 2 / Grade E or above in five subjects including Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) (Note 2), or equivalent; and <br>
- (c)at least 1 year’s post-qualification working experience in application development or Information System support; and <br>
- (d)at least 1 year’s experience in operating and managing Windows server 2008 or above, Windows 7 or above; and <br>
- (e)good communication skills and be able to work and solve problems independently. <br>Preference will be given to candidates with working experience in operating and managing at least any two types of the following systems: <br>
- (1)Windows AD server and Linux server; <br>
- (2)Microsoft Office; <br>
- (3)Juniper network equipment such as Pulse Secure SSL VPN, SRX Firewall (Junos) and network switch; <br>
- (4)Microsoft SQL database or Oracle database; <br>
- (5)Virtualization such as VMware; <br>
- (6)Telephony systems such as Avaya; and <br>
- (7)Voice and Screen Recording systems such as NICE and Verint.

- (2)2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) C級及E級成績，在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級和第2級成績。
