- (a)協助推行屯門區的「地區主導行動計劃」; <br>
- (b)協助多層大廈互助委員會及業主立案法團增進對環境問題及公共事務之興趣，組織會員從事社區工作； <br>
- (c)在多層大廈、鄉村或團體協助成立互助委員會、業主立案法團及多層業主立案法團及註冊事宜； <br>
- (d)協助民政事務處職員解決有關樓宇管理之問題； <br>
- (e)協助籌備及鼓勵市民參與各項社區活動； <br>
- (f)協助進行調查工作、收集民意及轉達市民之意見； <br>
- (g)協助進行社區中心及社區會堂之活動及其管理工作；及 <br>
- (h)處理任何其他指定工作。
職責
- (a)assist in implementing District-led Action Scheme for Tuen Mun District; <br>
- (b)assist existing Mutual Aid Committees (MAC) & Owners' Corporations (OC) in multi-storey buildings to further their interests in environmental problems and public affairs and organize members for community work; <br>
- (c)assist in the formation / registration of MACs / OCs / permanent bodies; <br>
- (d)assist HAD staff in resolving matters relating to building management; <br>
- (e)assist in organizing and promoting community activities; <br>
- (f)assist in surveys and sounding out public opinion; <br>
- (g)assist the activities and management of community centres and halls; and <br>
- (h)handle any other duties assigned.
入職條件
申請人必須 – <br>
- (a)
- (i)在香港中學文憑考試五科考獲第2級或同等(註1)或以上成績(註2)，或具同等學歷；或 <br>
- (ii)在香港中學會考五科考獲第2級(註3)／E級或以上成績(註2)，或具同等學歷；及 <br>
- (b)符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級(註3)或以上成績，或具同等成績；及 <br>
- (c)能操流利粵語及書寫通順中文及英文；及 <br>
- (d)熟悉電腦軟件操作包括MS Word、Excel、PowerPoint及中文輸入法；及 <br>
- (e)面試時，須接受中文打字測試。
Candidates should have – <br>
- (a)
- (i)Level 2 or equivalent (Note 1) or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) (Note 2), or equivalent; or <br>
- (ii)Level 2 (Note 3) / Grade E or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) (Note 2), or equivalent; and <br>
- (b)met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 (Note 3) or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE or HKCEE, or equivalent; and <br>
- (c)able to communicate in Cantonese and write fluent Chinese and English; <br>
- (d)familiar with computer software application including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese input method; and <br>
- (e)Chinese typing test will be required during the interview.

- (1)香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標並表現優異」成績，以及其他語言科目C級成績，會被視為相等於新高中科目第3級成績；香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標」成績，以及其他語言科目E級成績，會被視為相等於新高中科目第2級成績。 <br>(2)有關科目可包括中國語文及英國語文科。 <br>(3)2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) C級及E級成績，在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級和第2級成績。
