- (a)協助籌劃和推行首部劇情電影計劃，包括檢討該計劃及其參賽規定、舉辦比賽及相關活動、處理簽訂計劃合約及監察發放撥款等事宜； <br>
- (b)與根據首部劇情電影計劃成立的製作公司溝通及釐清資料，以確保製作公司遵守合約條款，並且在按照工作日程和符合預算的情況下及以專業水平製作電影； <br>
- (c)在製作合約終止的情況下擔任監製角色，以完成獲首部劇情電影計劃資助製作的電影； <br>
- (d)籌劃和舉辦首部劇情電影計劃的相關宣傳活動，以及為該計劃的Facebook專頁發掘題材和內容； <br>
- (e)與獲得電影發展基金資助舉辦本地及海外培訓計劃的機構聯繫，以確保他們符合承諾書的規定； <br>
- (f)籌劃和推行由「創意香港」推動的其他電影相關計劃； <br>
- (g)為電影發展局及其專責委員會提供秘書處支援服務；以及 <br>
- (h)執行由上級指派的任何其他職務。 <br> <br>註： <br>
- (i)遇有職務需要，受聘人或須不定時及逾時工作(包括在星期六、星期日及公眾假期工作)。 <br>

職責
- (a)To assist in the planning and implementation of the First Feature Film Initiative (FFFI), including reviewing the FFFI and its application requirements, organising the competitions and related activities and dealing with the signing of project agreements and monitoring the disbursement of fund, etc.; <br>
- (b)To seek clarifications from and liaise with the production companies under FFFI to ensure the agreement terms are complied with and the productions are on schedule, within budgets and of professional standards; <br>
- (c)To assume the role of producer to complete the FFFI films in case a production agreement is terminated; <br>
- (d)To plan and organise FFFI-related publicity events and to explore contents to be included in the FFFI Facebook page; <br>
- (e)To liaise with organisers to ensure the local and overseas training programmes funded under the Film Development Fund fulfilling the requirements in the agreements; <br>
- (f)To plan and implement other film-related projects initiated by Create Hong Kong; <br>
- (g)To provide secretarial support to the Film Development Council and its subcommittees; and <br>
- (h)To perform other duties as assigned by senior officers. <br> <br>Note: <br>
- (i)Subject to the exigency of services, the appointee may be required to work irregular hours and overtime, including Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday. <br>
- (ii)Shortlisted candidates may be required to attend written examination and interview.
入職條件

- (b)取得香港中學會考或香港中學文憑考試中國語文科及英國語文科第2級或以上的成績或同等學歷

(c)具優秀的策略規劃及組織技巧，能獨立和在壓力下工作；具良好的人際、解難及分析技巧；能有效以中英文書寫，以及以英語、粵語及普通話溝通；通曉中英文文書處理、Excel、PowerPoint、剪接軟件等應用軟件；具備在政府／半官方機構／公營服務界別工作的經驗為佳；以及 <br>
(d)能立即上班的申請人可獲優先考慮。 <br> <br>

- (a)A bachelor’s degree from a university in Hong Kong, or equivalent, and a minimum of 10 years’ relevant working experience in the field of film producing, film financing, film marketing or film promotion, with at least 7 years performing as an executive producer/ producer/ line producer/ production manager in the production of full-length local feature films commercially released in Hong Kong; OR <br>A minimum of 15 years’ relevant working experience in the field of film producing, film financing, film marketing or film promotion, with at least 10 years performing as an executive producer/ producer/ line producer/ production manager in the production of full-length local feature films commercially released in Hong Kong; <br>
- (b)Attained Level 2 or above in both Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent

- (c)Excellent strategic planning and organisation skills, and able to work independently and under pressure; strong interpersonal, problem-solving and analytical skills; able to communicate effectively in written English and Chinese and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua; knowledge of application software (including English and Chinese word processing, Excel, Powerpoint and editing software. etc.); experience in Government / quasi-government bodies / public service sector will be an advantage; and <br>
- (d)Immediate availability is highly preferable. <br> <br>
Note: For non-civil service appointment purpose, ‘Grade E’ in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE before 2007 are accepted administratively as comparable to ‘Level 2’ in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.
