職責

助理教育主任主要負責以下職務：

(a)在官立中學授課；
(b)擔任班主任；
(c)籌辦及推行課外活動；
(d)評核及記錄學生成績；以及
(e)統籌/執行校內多樣化的專業職務，包括於校內推行教育措施和政策、協助處理校內的特別職務、行政工作及非教學職務，例如編訂學校課程、推行公民教育/德育/性教育、處理學校訓育工作、提供學生輔導和升學及就業輔導，以及協助舉行校內/公開考試等。

獲取錄的申請人或須任教由教育局安排的任何科目。

申請人必須具責任感、積極進取和熱心工作；品格良好、為人正直；有志於教育服務；以及能以中、英文有效溝通。

Assistant Education Officers are mainly deployed on the following types of duties –

(a)to undertake teaching duties in a government secondary school;
(b)to be a Class Master/Mistress;
(c)to organise and conduct extra-curricular activities;
(d)to assess and to record students' attainment; and
(e)to co-ordinate/undertake diversified professional duties, including assisting in the performance of special responsibilities, administrative work and non-teaching duties of the school, such as implementation of education policies and initiatives, school curriculum development, civil/moral/sex education, school discipline, student counseling, career guidance, school/public examinations, etc.

A successful candidate may be required to teach any subject

(s)assigned by this Bureau.

Candidates should be responsible, self-motivated and enthusiastic; have a fine character and integrity; be committed to serve in the education field; and be able to communicate effectively in Chinese and English.

入職條件

二零二四年助理教育主任的招聘將開放予持有相關學士學位人士、正就讀學士學位課程最後一年（即二零二四至二五學年畢業）的學生，及二零二五至二六學年畢業的大學生申請。

申請人必須 -

(a)符合語文能力要求，即在綜合招聘考試兩張語文試卷(中文運用及英文運用)中取得「二級」成績，或具備同等成績[參閱下註 (a)至(c)]；
(b)在《基本法及香港國安法》測試(學位／專業程度職系)取得及格成績[參閱下註 (d)至(f)];

以及

就科目(A)而言，申請人亦必須－

- (i)A 持有香港頒授主修中國語文的教育學士，或具備同等學歷[附註(2)]；或

- (ii)A 持有香港頒授主修中國語文的學士學位，或具備同等學歷[附註(2)]，及

上述申請人必須在二零二四至二五或二零二五至二六學年內取得所需學歷資格或達到所需要求，才會獲聘任。

The 2024 recruitment for Assistant Education Officer will be open to persons holding a relevant bachelor's degree, final year undergraduate students (i.e. graduating in the 2024-25 academic year), and penultimate year undergraduate students graduating in the 2025-26 academic year.

Candidates should have -

(a)met the language proficiency requirements of 'Level 2' results in the two language papers (Use of Chinese and Use of English) in the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE), or equivalent [See Notes
(a)to (c)];
(b)a 'Pass' result in the Basic Law and National Security Law Test (BLNST) (degree/professional grades)[See Notes
(d)to (f)];

AND

for Subject (A), candidates should also have

The entry requirements set out above are applicable to Chinese Language teachers appointed in or after the 2004/05 school year. Such candidates who only hold a Hong Kong bachelor's degree majoring in Chinese language, or equivalent [General Note (2)], may also apply. However, they will have to attain a BEd / PGCE / PGDE from a Hong Kong tertiary education institution, or equivalent, majoring in Chinese language [General Note (2)], within three years from the date of appointment. For serving Chinese Language teachers holding a permanent post in local public sector and private secondary day schools which offer a full curriculum before the 2004/05 school year, they should have a Hong Kong bachelor's degree majoring in Chinese language, or equivalent [General Note (2)], and possess the requisite results in CRE and BLNST.

for Subject (B), candidates should also have

The entry requirements set out above are applicable to English Language teachers appointed in or after the 2004/05 school year. Such candidates who only hold a Hong Kong bachelor's degree majoring in English language, or equivalent [General Note (2)], may also apply. However, they will have to attain a BEd / PGCE / PGDE from a Hong Kong tertiary education institution, or equivalent, majoring in English language [General Note (2)], within three years from the date of appointment. (d)政府會測試所有應徵公務員職位人士的《基本法》及《香港國安法》知識。在《基本法及香港國安法》測試取得及格成績是所有公務員職位的入職條件。申請人必須在《基本法及香港國安法》測試中取得及格成績方會獲考慮聘用。
(e)如申請人在申請公務員職位時仍未曾參加相關的《基本法及香港國安法》測試或未曾在相關的《基本法及香港國安法》測試考獲及格成績，仍可作出申請。他們會被安排在招聘過程中參加相關《基本法及香港國安法》測試。
(f)由二零二三年七月二十八日起，申請人可以參加公務員事務局、教育局或各招聘部門／職系舉辦的《基本法及香港國安法》測試，無論測試在互通安排實施前或後進行，及格成績均可以互通，用作申請所有公務員及教師職位。
(g)數學科目的申請人如熟知數學課程的延伸部份(中四至中六)單元一(微積分與統計)或單元二(代數與微積分)內容，會獲優先考慮。

註：持有由香港專上教育機構頒授的教育學士／學位教師教育證書／學位教師教育文憑，或具備同等學歷；或由前教育學院或前香港教育學院頒授的教師證書，或具備同等學歷者，其入職薪級為總薪級表第17點。獲取錄人員如未持有上述學歷，須受薪酬關限限制。

(2)為廣周知，經本地評審的學士學位屬資歷架構第5級別。雖然資歷架構第5級別亦涵蓋其他資歷，但就是次招聘而言，只會接納相關科目的學士學位資歷。有關資歷架構的詳情，可瀏覽資歷架構網站(http://www.hkqf.gov.hk)或致電3793 3955查詢。
(3)語文能力評核前稱「教師語文能力評核」。英國語文科評核共設五卷，包括閱讀、寫作、聆聽、口語和課堂語言運用。
(4)「國際英語水平測試制度」(IELTS)(學術領域)成績設有兩年有效期。
(5)在同一次「課堂語言運用」評核的4個評核範疇中，其中3個評核範疇最少達到「3等」或以上，而其餘的1個範疇則須達到「2.5等」或以上。
(6)已參加官立或資助學校教師提早退休計劃者，其應徵助理教育主任職位的申請將不獲受理。
(7)公務員職位是公務員編制內的職位。申請人如獲聘用，將按公務員聘用條款和服務條件聘用，並成為公務員。
(8)入職薪酬、聘用條款及服務條件應以獲聘時的規定為準。
(9)附帶福利包括有薪假期、醫療及牙科福利。在適當情況下，更可獲得房屋資助。
(10)假如新入職員工成功通過試用或合約期而其後轉為按新長期聘用條款受聘，他／她便符合資格參加公務員公積金計劃(公積金計劃)。政府對公積金計劃作出的供款，包括強制性及自願性供款，按累進供款率計算，供款率為合資格員工實任職級基本薪金的5%至25%，按員工按公務員條款受聘並完成的無間斷服務年期遞增。一般而言，當合資格員工完成三年的無間斷服務年期並轉為按新長期聘用條款受聘及加入公積金計劃時，上述的政府供款率為15%。有關公積金計劃的詳情，可瀏覽公務員事務局網站(http://www.csb.gov.hk)。

申請手續

申請人須在申請書上清楚註明將會獲取的相關學歷或資格和預計獲取日期，並須在本局訂定的限期前提交相關文件，例如證明信函、證書及成績單等，以證明其在上述期間取得所需學歷或資格以及符合入職條件，否則本局將不再處理其申請。

I. 以郵寄方式或親身遞交申請教育局公務員職位申請書[EDB (08/2024)]可於民政事務總署各區民政事務處民政諮詢中心、教育局九龍塘教育服務中心或區域教育服務處索取。該表格也可從教育局互聯網站(http://www.edb.gov.hk > ｢有關教育局｣ > ｢教育局資訊｣ > ｢教育局招聘事宜｣)下載。

填妥的申請書，連同用以證明各項相關學歷[例如學位、師資培訓(如適用)、語文能力水平、《基本法及香港國安法》測試、綜合招聘考試、語文能力評核成績及「國際英語水平測試制度」(IELTS)(學術領域)]的文憑／證書及列明所修讀課程的主修及副修科目的成績單的副本，須於二零二四年九月十三日或之前送達香港灣仔皇后大道東213號胡忠大廈16樓1636室教育局聘用及人事組。請勿遞交任何證明文件的正本。如以郵寄方式提交申請，信封上郵戳所示的日期不可在二零二四年九月十三日之後。為避免郵件過期或未能成功派遞，在投寄前請確保信封面已清楚寫上正確地址及已貼上足夠郵資。所有郵資不足的郵件將不會派遞至本局，並會由香港郵政按情況退還寄件人或銷毀。申請人須自行承擔因未有支付足夠郵資而引致的任何後果。

申請人須在信封面清楚註明「申請助理教育主任職位(科目)」。申請人可提交一份申請書以同時申請多份教育局正在刊登招聘廣告的助理教育主任科目空缺，並在申請書註明所申請的科目。

持有香港以外學術機構所頒授學歷的申請人，須隨申請書夾附有關學術機構所簽發的文憑／證書、成績單及列明有關課程的授課形式(例如全日制／兼讀制、在當地院校上課／遙距授課等)的證明文件副本。申請人也應盡可能提供所有其他有關的學歷證明文件副本，以便進行學歷評審的工作。持有本地學歷的申請人，則須夾附列明其修讀學位及師資培訓(如適用)課程時主修及副修科目的證明文件副本。科目(B)的申請人亦須呈交語文能力評核證書／「國際英語水平測試制度」(IELTS)(學術領域)成績或獲豁免通知書的副本。

II. 在網上遞交申請申請人亦可透過公務員事務局互聯網站(http://www.csb.gov.hk)或教育局互聯網站(http://www.edb.gov.hk > ｢有關教育局｣ > ｢教育局資訊｣ > ｢教育局招聘事宜｣)，在二零二四年九月十三日或之前作網上申請。申請人如在網上遞交申請，必須於完成網上申請時經系統上載其文憑／證書及成績單等證明文件，或於二零二四年九月二十日或之前，把其文憑／證書及成績單等證明文件副本郵寄或送交香港灣仔皇后大道東213號胡忠大廈16樓1636室教育局聘用及人事組，信封面及所有證明文件副本上須註明網上申請編號。請勿遞交任何證明文件的正本。

若申請並非以指定的申請書[EDB(08/2024)]提交、以傳真或電郵提交的申請、逾期提交或沒有夾附充足證明文件的申請，將不獲受理。
