- 1.督導精神健康小組的合約會計文員，並向其提供專業指導；
- 2.覆核經合約會計文員審核的賬目，以確保賬目真實、準確及全面反映產業的財務狀況；覆核合約會計文員所擬備的提問草稿本；覆核有關支出項目是否屬於精神上無行為能力的人的產業受託監管人的權力範圍，及其款額是否公平和合理；以及
- 3.負責審核複雜個案，並就如何妥善處理複雜個案提供專業意見。
職責
- 1.To supervise and provide professional guidance to the Contract Accounting Clerks of the Mental Health Team;
- 2.To review the accounts vetted by the Contract Accounting Clerks to ensure that the accounts show a true, accurate and complete picture of the financial position of the estate; to review draft requisitions prepared by the Contract Accounting Clerks; to review whether the expenditure items fell within the power of the committee of the estate of a mentally incapacitated person and whether the amount of the expenditure items are fair and reasonable; and
- 3.To take charge of vetting of complicated cases and provide professional advice on their proper handling.
入職條件
申請人必須－
- (a)為香港會計師公會會計師，或具同等資格；
- (b)
- (i)在香港中學文憑考試五科考獲第3級或同等(註1) 或以上成績(註2) ，或具同等學歷；或
- (ii)在香港高級程度會考兩科高級程度科目考獲E級或以上成績，以及在香港中學會考另外三科考獲第3級(註3) ／C級或以上成績(註2)，或具同等學歷；
- (c)符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科考獲第3級(註3)或以上成績，或具同等成績；
- (d)於獲得上述(a)項的資格後，具備至少七年會計或審計工作經驗；以及
- (e)通曉一般電腦應用，特別是Microsoft Word及Excel。
註：
申請人如獲邀參加遴選面試，通常會在截止申請日期後四至六星期內接到通知（以郵寄或電郵方式）。如遇到申請人數眾多或其他特殊情況，可能需時稍長。申請人如未獲邀參加遴選面試，則可視作經已落選。
Candidates should –
- (a)be Certified Public Accountants of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, or equivalent;
- (b)
- (i)have Level 3 or equivalent (Note 1) or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (“HKDSEE”) (Note 2), or equivalent; or
- (ii)have Grade E or above in two subjects at Advanced Level in the Hong Kong Advanced Level Examination and Level 3 (Note 3) / Grade C or above in three other subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (“HKCEE”) (Note 2), or equivalent;
- (c)meet the language proficiency requirements of Level 3 (Note 3) or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE or HKCEE, or equivalent;
- (d)have at least seven years’ post-qualification working experience in areas of accounting or auditing on item
- (a)above; and
- (e)be proficient in PC operations, especially in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Note:
Candidates who are invited for the selection interview will normally receive the invitation (by post or by email) in about four to six weeks from the closing date for application. This period may be longer in exceptional circumstances, e.g. when a large number of applications are received or when there are other complications. Those who are not invited for the selection interview may assume that their applications are unsuccessful.

- 1.香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目（最多計算兩科）「達標並表現優異」成績，以及其他語言科目C級成績，會被視為相等於新高中科目第3級成績。
- 2.有關科目可包括中國語文科及英國語文科。
- 3.2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科（課程乙）C級成績，在行政上會被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科第3級成績。
