職責
(a) 協助小學制訂«憲法»和«基本法»教育及國民教育的整體規劃;
(b) 籌備、推行及檢視為小學校長和教師舉辦的全校整體規劃國民教育專業發展課程;
(c) 透過進行學校探訪及到校支援,讓學校了解推行國民教育的最新策略;以及
(d) 執行上司委派的其他職務。

(a) To map out the holistic plan on the promotion of Constitution and Basic Law education and national education for primary schools;
(b) To plan, implement and evaluate professional development programmes targeted at primary school principals and teachers on national education in whole-school curriculum planning;
(c) To keep schools abreast of the latest development of the strategies in the promotion of national education through school visit and on-site support services; and
(d) To undertake any other duties as assigned.

入職條件
(a) 持有香港所頒授的學士學位,或具備同等學歷[參閱註(i)];
(b) 持有香港專上教育機構所頒授的教育證書,或具備同等學歷[參閱註(i)];
(c) 在取得上述(a)及(b)的學歷後,具備不少於15年的小學教學或與教育相關的經驗,例如學校支援、視學及課程發展,其中應具備不少於5年擔任管理層職位的經驗[參閱註(ii)];
(d) 良好中英文口語及書寫能力;
(e) 良好的組織、溝通和人際交往能力;
(f) 了解課程發展的最新趨勢,特別是憲法和基本法教育;以及
(g) 具備敏銳的政治觸覺,並與相關的持份者(如學校、議會/委員會及內地相關範疇的專家)有良好的溝通網絡,以有助督導、執行與國家安全教育、憲法和基本法教育的職務。

(a) A Hong Kong bachelor's degree, or equivalent [See Note (i)];
(b) A certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution, or equivalent [See Note (i)];
(c) At least 15 years' post-qualification [as specified in (a) and (b)] teaching experience or education related experience in primary schools, such as school support, school inspection and curriculum development, among which a candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in holding a management position [See Note (ii)];
(d) Good command of both English and Chinese;
(e) Good organisation, communication and interpersonal skills;
(f) Awareness of latest development of the curriculum, in particular, the Constitution and Basic Law education; and
(g) Have rich political acumen and strong network with relevant stakeholders, such as School Sponsoring bodies, local experts in the field and counterparts in the Mainland in discharging duties related to the promotion of the national security education to schools.
