二級會計主任主要調派執行會計或相關職務，例如財務會計、成本及管理會計、系統發展、內部稽核、會計調查、基金／貸款管理、津貼／資助計劃的財務監察及管理等工作。
職責
An Accounting Officer II is mainly deployed on performing accounting or related duties such as financial accounting, cost and management accounting, system development, internal audit, investigatory accounting, fund/loan management, financial monitoring and management of subvention/funding schemes, etc.
入職條件
申請人必須 ─
- (a)
- (i)持有本港大學頒授的會計學學士學位，或具備同等學歷；或
- (ii)為香港會計師公會專業資格課程的註冊學生並已完成該課程的基礎級別課程，或具備同等資格；
- (b)在綜合招聘考試的能力傾向測試中取得及格成績

(c)符合以下語文能力要求：在綜合招聘考試的英文運用試卷和中文運用試卷中分別取得二級和一級成績，或在其他考試取得同等成績
[註一] ；及操流利粵語及英語；及
(d)在《基本法》測試取得及格成績

招聘考試：申請人必須參加暫定於二零二一年十月十日在香港舉行的筆試，並須在有關筆試取得及格成績，方可能獲邀請參加遴選面試。該筆試為英文寫作試卷，目的是評估申請人的撰寫及組織能力。
由於審核所有申請需時，申請人獲邀請參加筆試並不表示已符合二級會計主任的入職條件。
Candidates should -
- (a)
- (i)have a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent; or
- (ii)be a registered student of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants’ Qualification Programme (QP) and have completed the Associate Level of QP, or equivalent;
- (b)have a pass result in the Aptitude Test in the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE)

- (c)have met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 result in the Use of English paper and Level 1 result in the Use of Chinese paper in the CRE, or equivalent
Note 1] ; and be able to speak fluent Cantonese and English; and
- (d)have a pass result in the Basic Law Test (BLT)

Recruitment Examination : Candidates are required to pass a written examination to be held tentatively on 10 October 2021 in Hong Kong before they will be further considered for selection interviews. The written examination is an English essay-type writing paper which aims at assessing candidates’ proficiency in written communication and organisation abilities.
As it takes time to process all applications, an invitation to the written examination does not imply that the candidate’s qualifications meet the entry requirements of the post of Accounting Officer II.
入職條件(註)
註一：能力傾向測試的考生成績分為「及格」或「不及格」，而中文運用及英文運用試卷的成績則分為「二級」、「一級」或「不及格」，並以「二級」為最高等級。 以下考試成績會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試的英文運用試卷的「二級」成績：
- (a)香港中學文憑考試英國語文科「第5級」或以上成績；(b)香港高級程度會考英語運用科「C」級或以上成績(或同等成績)或General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level) (GCE A Level) English Language科「C」級或以上的成績； 及
- (c)International English Language Testing System (IELTS) 學術模式整體分級6.5或以上(同一次考試中各項個別分級的成績須不低於6)。而該IELTS考試成績必須在職位申請期內（即由2021年8月13日至2021年8月27日）仍然有效。 以下考試成績會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試的中文運用試卷的「一級」成績：
- (a)香港中學文憑考試中國語文科「第4級」或以上成績；及
- (b)香港高級程度會考中國語文及文化、中國語言文學或中國語文科「D」級或以上的成績。
註二：政府會測試所有應徵公務員職位人士的《基本法》知識。在《基本法》測試取得及格成績是學位或專業程度公務員職位的入職條件。申請人必須在《基本法》測試中取得及格成績方會獲考慮聘用。如在滿分100 分中取得53 分或以上（ 即在15 題中答對8 題或以上），會被視為取得《基本法》測試的及格成績。此外，申請人在《基本法》測試的成績會佔其整體表現評分的一個適當比重。如申請人在申請公務員職位時仍未曾參加《基本法》測試或未曾在《基本法》測試考獲及格成績，仍可作出申請。他們會被安排在招聘過程中參加相關《基本法》測試。
註三：以下的申請均不獲考慮(a)申請人未能符合入職條件（包括綜合招聘考試及基本法考試
註二] 成績和學歷要求）；(b)申請表格資料及/或所需證明文件不全或庫務署未能在截止日期或之前收到該申請或所需證明文件；及(c)以傳真或電郵方式遞交的申請。
申請人如獲邀參加筆試，通常會在截止申請日期後約四個星期接獲通知。若筆試因任何理由改期，庫務署會在網站發佈有關消息及在筆試舉行前約兩星期以信件通知有關考生最新安排。如申請人未獲邀參加筆試，則可視作已經落選。 有關邀請將以郵寄和電郵方式送出，申請人必須提供正確的通訊地址和電郵地址及確保電郵帳戶能正常接收郵件。申請人應密切留意是次招聘進度。招聘進度資料將上載於網址www.try.gov.hk內。
