職責
(a) 協助設計校長及教師專業發展課程及發展相關學習資源；
(b) 舉辦及主持校長及教師專業發展課程，並檢視課程成效；
(c) 處理與校長及教師培訓課程有關的行政、財務及採購工作，並監察合約的執行情況及服務質素；
(d) 帶領及監督下屬履行職責；以及
(e) 執行其他獲指派的職務。

(a) To assist in designing professional development programmes for principals and teachers;
(b) To organise and host professional development programmes for principals and teachers, and to evaluate programme effectiveness;
(c) To handle administrative, financial and procurement duties relating to various training programmes for principals and teachers, and to monitor contract performance and quality of the required service;
(d) To lead and supervise subordinates in carrying out their duties; and
(e) To perform any other duties assigned by senior officers.

入職條件
(a) 持有香港所頒授的學士學位，或具備同等學歷；
(b) 持有香港專上教育機構頒授的教育證書，或具備同等學歷；
(c) 符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第3級 [參閱註] 或以上成績，或具備同等成績；
(d) 在取得學位後，具備不少於6年的全職相關工作經驗；以及
(e) 具備優良的中、英文寫作能力。

(c) 符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第3級 [參閱註] 或以上成績，或具備同等成績；

(c) Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 3 [see Note] or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent;
(d) At least six years' post-degree full time relevant working experience; and
(e) Good command of written Chinese and English.

入職條件(註)
政府在聘任時，2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) C級及E級成績，在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級和第2級成績。
