SENIOR MANAGER (INFORMATION SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT / E-SERVICES DEVELOPMENT)
年薪約910,000元，另加約滿酬金
職責
(1) 管理資訊科技項目，包括系統分析、設計、提升、運作、生產支援及維修保養；
(2) 制訂資訊科技項目的預算，以及推展項目所需的技術及其他資源；
(3) 領導資訊科技項目專責小組，根據項目的既定時間表取得預期成果；
(4) 統籌與資訊科技項目有關的工作，就系統的提升及支援事宜制訂用戶要求；
(5) 與內部用戶保持良好溝通，以了解用戶需要，並評估各有關的業務解決方案；
(6) 確保項目在質量、預算、交付時間表和用戶要求方面均符合內部用戶和客戶的期望；
(7) 監察外判承辦商提供所需服務的表現；
(8) 就解決資訊科技項目的技術事宜，提供專業意見及支援；以及
(9) 監察及控制資訊科技項目的預算。

(1) To manage IT projects in respect of system analysis, design, enhancement, operation, production support and maintenance activities;
(2) To determine the budget of IT projects, skills and other resource requirements for project implementation;
(3) To lead a project team to achieve the planned project results according to the committed schedule;
(4) To coordinate related activities in IT projects and develop user requirements for system enhancement and support;
(5) To communicate with internal users to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions;
(6) To ensure that the projects meet internal and external users’ expectations with respect to quality, budget, delivery schedules and requirements;
(7) To monitor the performance of the outsourcing contractors in delivering the required services;
(8) To provide expert advice and support in resolving the technical issues of IT projects; and
(9) To monitor and control the budget of IT projects.

入職條件
(1) 持有本地大學頒授的資訊科技或電腦學學士學位，或具備同等學歷；
(2) 取得上述學歷資格後，在資訊科技行業累積不少於八年工作經驗，當中最少兩年在資訊科技行業從事項目管理或相關工作；
(3) 在推行及維持櫃位運作、物流服務、郵務服務或類似業務等大型電腦系統方面，具備豐富的實務工作經驗；
(4) 在推行和維持涉及複雜企業邏輯及連接多個系統界面的聯機電子服務方面，具備最少三年切實的工作經驗，有關服務的對象為市民、客戶、供應商、企業伙伴及／或員工；
(5) 精通下述至少一個範疇，並須擔任領導角色：
PRINCE項目管理；Web/ORACLE應用程式開發；流動應用程式開發；政府採購；
(6) 具備良好的人際關係和游說技巧，能有效令各持份者採納資訊科技方案，以達致業務和營運目標；
(7) 在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科（2007年以前應為「課程乙」）取得第2等級（2007年以前應為「E級」）或以上成績，或具備同等成績；
(8) 履歷表必須依時序列出過往的工作經驗及具備的相關技能；
(9) 具備良好的中、英文會話和書寫能力，以及良好的人際溝通技巧；以及
(10) 勤奮進取，具備良好的分析和解難能力。

(1) A Hong Kong bachelor’s degree in IT or computer studies, or equivalent;
(2) A minimum of eight years’ post-qualification working experience in the IT field, of which a minimum of two years should be in project management in the IT field, or equivalent;
(3) Solid hands-on experience in implementing and maintaining large-scale computer systems for counter operation, logistics services, postal services or similar businesses;
(4) At least three years’ solid working experience in implementing and maintaining online e-services with complicated business logics and multiple system interfaces for serving the general public, customers, suppliers, business partners and/or employees;
(5) Proficient in one or more of the following areas and must be in a leading role:
PRINCE Project Management; Web/Oracle Application Development; Mobile Application Development; Government Procurement;
(6) Good interpersonal and persuasive skills in managing multiple stakeholders to adopt an IT solution effectively to meet business and operational targets;
(7) Level 2 (Grade E before 2007) or above in both Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B before 2007) in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent;
(8) Resume must provide career history as well as skills and experience in chronological order;
(9) Good verbal/written and interpersonal communication skills in both Chinese and English; and
(10) Diligent, with great initiative and good analytical and problem solving abilities.

入職條件(註)
