終審法院首席法官官邸合約廚師的主要職責是－
- (a)為終審法院首席法官、其家人以及到訪的賓客準備食材及烹調食物；
- (b)在終審法院首席法官官邸（官邸）及其他地方舉行的官式及社交宴會提供飲食服務；
- (c)協助設計餐單及採購食材；及
- (d)負責官邸廚房日常運作，包括處理食物、清潔及保養廚具等工作。
終審法院首席法官官邸合約廚師須穿著制服及不定時和逾時工作，包括在晚間、週末及公眾假期工作。如有需要，他／她或須在位於山頂的官邸留宿和於惡劣天氣下工作，官邸所處地點可乘搭公共交通工具前往。

Contract Chef in the Chief Justice’s Residence
每月26,410元
職責
The Contract Chef in the Chief Justice’s Residence is mainly deployed on -
- (a)preparing food and providing cooking service to the Chief Justice, his family and guests;
- (b)providing meals for both official and social functions in the Chief Justice’s Residence (the Residence) and any other places as required;
- (c)assisting in menu designs and food and ingredient procurements; and
- (d)undertaking daily operation of the kitchen in the Residence, including food handling, kitchen cleaning and maintaining cooking utensils, etc.
The Contract Chef in the Chief Justice’s Residence is required to wear uniform, and to work irregular hours and overtime including evenings, weekends and public holidays. He / She may also be required to stay overnight in the Residence located at the Peak, and work in the times of inclement weather, if necessary. The Residence is accessible by public transport.
入職條件
申請人必須－
- (a)具備最少五年在大戶家庭或大型機構擔任廚師的經驗；
- (b)擅長烹調中西菜式和具備良好的擺盤技巧，精通烹飪西餐者更佳；及
- (c)能以中文及簡單英文有效地溝通。
註：懂基本電腦文書處理者則更佳。
備註：
- (1)工作經驗以截止申請日期或之前為準。
- (2)申請人須通過技能測驗。
Candidates should –
- (a)have at least five years’ experience in cooking in a large household or a large establishment;
- (b)be competent in culinary skills of Western and Chinese cuisines and have good food presentation skills. Excelling in Western cuisine is an advantage; and
- (c)be able to communicate effectively in Chinese and simple English.
Note: Candidates with basic computer word processing skills are preferred.
Remarks:
- (1)Work experience required should be obtained on or before the closing date for application.
- (2)Candidates are required to pass a trade test.
