- (a)協助審閱「校長資格認證資料冊」的評審結果；
- (b)協助綜合資料冊評審員對「校長資格認證資料冊」所提出的評語；
- (c)主講「撰寫資料冊工作坊」；
- (d)向須重新遞交資料冊的擬任校長及新任校長提供專業支援；
- (e)為資料冊評審員提供培訓；以及
- (f)執行由上級指派的工作（例如帶領教師內地學習團及／或在新任校長培訓課程擔任導師／講者）。

時薪599元 (每月需工作不多於68小時)
職責
- (a)To assist in conducting moderation exercise in the assessment of portfolios pertaining to the Certification for Principalship (CFP);
- (b)To assist in the compilation of remarks given by portfolio assessors to the CFP applicants;
- (c)To conduct "workshops on portfolio writing";
- (d)To provide professional supports to aspiring principals (APs) / newly-appointed principals (NAPs) who are required to resubmit portfolios;
- (e)To provide training to portfolio assessors; and
- (f)To perform any other duties as assigned by senior officers (for example leading Mainland Study Tours and/ or serving as mentor/speaker for NAP programme).
入職條件
- (a)持有香港所頒授的學士學位及持有香港專上教育機構所頒授的教育證書，或具備同等學歷[見註(i)]；持有與教育相關的高級學位者優先；
- (b)於取得學位後，具備不少於15年的教育工作經驗，其中具備最少10年在公營小學／中學擔任校長的經驗[見註(ii)]；以及
- (c)具備優良的中、英文寫作能力及良好的英語和廣東話口語能力。
- (a)A Hong Kong bachelor's degree and a certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution, or equivalent [see Note (i)]; A higher degree in education preferred;
- (b)At least 15 years' post-degree experience in education, of which at least 10 years should be in the capacity of a public sector primary/secondary school principal [see Note (ii)]; and
- (c)Very good command of written English and Chinese; oral proficiency in English and Cantonese is essential.
