• (1)To assist in design of sewerage / drainage improvement works;
• (2)To assist in vetting design submissions of consultancy agreements;
• (3)To provide assistance to engineer in administration and site supervision / inspection;
• (4)To monitor the progress of maintenance works; and
• (5)To investigate the complaints related to blockage of pipes or suspected flooding.

General Requirements: Applicants should -

• (a)be permanent residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region; and
• (b)be full-time Year 2 or 3 students studying Civil Engineering Degree programme (Final year students are not eligible for this scheme).

Knowledge required: Candidates shall-

• (1)have knowledge in Civil Engineering / Environmental Engineering / Structural Engineering;
• (2)have knowledge in MS Office;
• (3)have good IT Skills including data programming and use of AI tools;
• (4)preferably possess a Green Card and have completed the safety training for Certified Workers of Confined Spaces Operation; and
• (5)have good command of written Chinese and English, and be able to speak fluent Cantonese and English.
