職責
- (a)To liaise with service providers on the content and arrangement of Mainland study tours;
- (b)To provide support in the preparation, admission, procurement and other administrative arrangements of the study tours;
- (c)To coordinate related activities (opening ceremony, training activities, briefing etc.);
- (d)To accompany the teacher participants during the study tours for handling logistic arrangements and monitoring the progress;
- (e)To manage the information and records of the study tours and handle enquiries;
- (f)To collate views for reviewing the effectiveness of the study tours;
- (g)To assist in handling other administrative matters and office routines, including compiling returns and reports, handling public enquiries as well as financial and records management matters; and
- (h)To perform any other duties as assigned.
入職條件
- (a)持有香港所頒授的學士學位，或具備同等學歷[見註(i)]；
- (b)持有香港專上教育機構頒授的教育證書，或具備同等學歷；
- (c)符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第3級或以上成績，或具備同等成績[見註(ii)]；以及
- (d)在取得學位後，具備不少於5年的全職相關工作經驗，具備於同一政府部門不少於連續2年的工作經驗者優先。
- (a)A Hong Kong bachelor's degree, or equivalent [See Note (i)];
- (b)A certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution, or equivalent;
- (c)Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent [See Note (ii)]; and
- (d)At least 5 years' post-degree full time relevant working experience, with at least 2 consecutive years' working experience in the same government department preferred.
