職責
- (a)To provide general administrative support, including preparing memos, circulars, letters, guidelines, quotation / tender documents, drafting and updating webpages, consolidating and analysing returns, managing accommodation, stores and inventory;
- (b)To liaise with school sectors, service providers;
- (c)To handle verbal and written enquiries;
- (d)To perform secretarial duties for meetings, interview boards etc.;
- (e)To assist in organising seminars, workshops, training etc.;
- (f)To supervise clerical staff to ensure clerical support is provided timely; and
- (g)To perform any other duties as assigned by senior officers.
入職條件
- (a)持有本港頒授的學士學位，或具備同等學歷；
- (b)在香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科取得第2等級或以上成績[參閱註]，或具備同等學歷；
- (c)於取得學士學位後，具備1 年或以上在政府或教育機構從事行政工作的經驗優先；以及
- (d)熟悉電腦操作及資訊科技應用，例如MS Word、MS Excel、MS Powerpoint、MS Access等。

- (a)A Hong Kong bachelor's degree, or equivalent;

- (d)Good knowledge in PC operation and IT applications e.g. MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Access etc.
