職責
(a) 負責處理學校會計帳目及日常財務工作；
(b) 負責物料庫存及採購；
(c) 協助管理學校的撥款、賬目和財務記錄；
(d) 更新庫存記錄和處理物料庫存註銷；
(e) 協助處理學校文件檔案；
(f) 協助辦公室日常運作和處理查詢；
(g) 或須不定時或超時工作；以及
(h) 校方指派的其他工作。

(b) To be responsible for stores and procurement;
(c) To assist in managing school funds, accounts and financial records;
(d) To update inventory records and handle store disposal;
(e) To assist in handling school filing and clerical support;
(f) To assist office daily operations and handle enquiries;
(g) Work on shift or overtime may be required; and
(h) Any other duties assigned by the school.

入職條件
(a) 持有香港專上教育機構所頒授的會計或相關科目的高級文憑，或具備同等學歷；
(b) 中英文良好；
(c) 具備相關工作經驗者優先；
(d) 熟悉中英文文書處理、財務試算表及簡報軟件者優先；以及
(e) 面試者或須接受技能測試及/或筆試。

(a) A Higher Diploma in Accounting or related subject from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution, or equivalent;
(b) A good command of both Chinese and English;
(c) Relevant working experience preferred;
(d) Familiar with Chinese and English word-processing, spreadsheet (Financial) and presentation software preferred; and
(e) May be required to take trade test and/or written test.
