Information Technology Project Manager are mainly deployed on

• (a)to manage and implement IT projects including contract administration, project funding control, user requirement development, feasibility study, system design, tender specifications preparation, IT services procurement, tender assessment, tender recommendation, system installation, system acceptance, system testing, system transition, system nursing and ongoing IT support services.
• (b)to report to the Senior Electronics Engineer on IT project management and implementation and ensure that the project life-cycle is in compliance with established policy, procedures and instructions of the CAD IT Quality Management System (QMS) and the latest Government requirements.

This post is open to both male and female candidates. Candidates should have

• (a)a Hong Kong University degree with major in Information Technology, Information Systems or Computer subjects or equivalent;
• (b)Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent;［See Note (1)］ and
• (c)at least 8 years of post-qualification relevant experience in the field of Information Technology, Information Systems or Computer after attaining the qualification at (a).
