- (a)向法定委員會的主席、副主席及其他委員提供秘書支援服務，如文字處理、傳真、影印、處理檔案和文件、及定期更新參考資料。
- (b)為法定委員會的主席、副主席接聽電話和記錄留言。
- (c)協助傳送聆訊及其他文件予各委員。
- (d)安排日程、會議及運輸。
- (e)執行其他指定的職務。
職責
- (a)To provide secretarial services to the Chairperson, Deputy Chairpersons and other Members of a statutory board, e.g. typing, handling facsimile, photocopying, filing and updating reference materials, etc.
- (b)To handle telephone calls and take messages for the Chairperson and Deputy Chairpersons.
- (c)To despatch hearing bundles and other documents to the Board Members.
- (d)To schedule appointments, arrange meetings and transportation.
- (e)To perform any other duties as assigned.
入職條件
申請人必須具備下列資格：
- (a)
- (i)在香港中學文憑考試五科考獲第2級或同等
註(1)] 或以上成績
[註(2)] ，其中一科為數學，或具同等學歷；或(ii)在香港中學會考五科考獲第2級
[註(3)] ／E級或以上成績
[註(2)] ，其中一科為數學，或具同等學歷；
(b)符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級
[註(3)] 或以上成績，或具同等成績；
(c)中文文書處理速度達每分鐘20字及英文文書處理速度達每分鐘30字，並具備一般商業電腦軟件的應用知識，例如微軟Word, Excel 及 PowerPoint；
(d)具良好中英文書寫及溝通能力；及
(e)具備相關工作經驗將獲優先考慮。
備註: 合適的申請人或須接受打字速度測試。
Candidates should have -
- (a)
- (i)Level 2 or equivalent
Note (1)] or above in five subjects including Mathematics in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE)

- (ii)Level 2
Note (3)] / Grade E or above in five subjects including Mathematics in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE)

- (b)Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2
Note (3)] or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE or HKCEE, or equivalent;
- (c)Chinese word processing speed of 20 words per minute and English word processing speed of 30 words per minute and knowledge in the application of common business software such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- (d)Good command of English and Chinese; and
- (e)Relevant working experience is preferable.
Note: Suitable candidates may be required to attend a typing speed test.

- (1)香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標並表現優異」成績，以及其他語言科目C級成績，會被視為相等於新高中科目第3級成績；香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標」成績，以及其他語言科目E級成績，會被視為相等於新高中科目第2級成績。
- (2)有關科目可包括中國語文及英國語文科。
- (3)2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) C級及E級成績，在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級和第2級成績。
