- (a)對旅行社進行財務監察工作，例如查核旅行社之財務報表；
- (b)就旅行社探訪所得之意見作統計分析；
- (c)處理及分析有關旅行社的資料；
- (d)對旅遊業賠償基金之運作有及有關數據作出分析；
- (e)處理牌照申請及／或續牌工作；以及
- (f)處理其他由上級所委派的工作。
職責
- (a)Perform financial surveillance on travel agents, such as reviewing their financial statements;
- (b)Perform statistical analysis on feedbacks from travel agents after visits;
- (c)Compile and analyse travel agents related data;
- (d)Conduct researches and studies related to the administration of the Travel Industry Compensation Fund;
- (e)Process licence application and/or renewal; and
- (f)Any other duties as assigned by senior officers.
入職條件
- (a)擁有香港特別行政區永久性居民身份；
- (b)正於本地或海外╱內地大專院校就讀全日制課程，並將於2014或2015年獲得學士學位；
- (c)積極參與社區或學校活動；
- (d)學業成績優良；
- (e)擅於參與團隊工作和同時兼顧多項任務，且組織力強；
- (f)中、英語文及書寫能力良好，能操流利普通話者尤佳；
- (g)熟悉電腦應用程式例如 Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Powerpoint及中文輸入法等；以及
- (h)對會計或資訊科技有基礎認識者優先。
Candidates are required to fulfill the following requirements:-
- (a)Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Permanent Resident status;
- (b)Undergoing full-time studies at a local or overseas/Mainland tertiary institution with a view to obtaining a bachelor's degree in 2014 or 2015;
- (c)Active participation in community or school activities;
- (d)Outstanding academic achievements;
- (e)Ability to work in a team and multitask, with strong organisational skills;
- (f)Good command of oral and written Chinese and English, proficiency in Putonghua is preferred;
- (g)Proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Chinese Word processing; and
- (h)Preferably with basic accounting or IT knowledge.
