職責
(a) 發展及評鑑個人、社會及人文教育學習領域課程，特別是倫理與宗教科；
(b)策劃及支援上述課程的推廣，包括製作與課程有關的資源；
(c) 策劃、組織、推行、及檢視教師培訓計劃，以配合有關課程的推行；
(d) 審核教科書及有關學與教的資源；
(e) 策劃和組織與個人、社會及人文教育學習領域課程有關的研究及發展計劃； 以及
(f) 履行其他與在學校推行優質教育有關的任務。
(a) To develop and review the curricula relating to Personal, Social and Humanities Education (PSHE) Key Learning Area (KLA), in particular Ethics and Religious Studies;
(b) to plan and support the dissemination of the above curricula, including the production of curriculum resource materials;
(c) to plan, organise, conduct and evaluate teacher development programmes in support of the implementation of the above curricula;
(d) to review textbooks and resource materials;
(e) to participate in research and development projects in relation to the further development of (PSHE) curricula; and
(f) to perform any other duties as required for enhancing the quality of education in schools.
入職條件
(a) 持有本港頒授主修宗教研究的學士學位，或具備同等學歷；以及持有本港專上教育機構所頒授的教育證書，或具備同等學歷 [參閱註(ii)]；
(b)在綜合招聘考試兩張語文試卷[中文運用及英文運用]中取得「二級」成績或具備同等成績 [參閱註(iii)及(iv)]；
(c)在取得有關學歷後，具有不少於 6 年倫理與宗教/宗教研究/宗教教育科教學或課程發展的經驗[參閱註(v)]; 以及
(d) 如具備與倫理與宗教科及/ 或其他[個人、社會及人文教育] 科目校本課程發展及校本評核的知識及經驗則更佳。
(a) A Hong Kong bachelor's degree majoring in Religious Studies or equivalent; and a certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution, or equivalent [see Note (ii)];
(b) 'Level 2' results in the two language papers [Use of Chinese (UC) and Use of English (UE)] in the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE), or equivalent [see Notes (iii) and (iv)];
(c) at least 6 years' relevant post-qualification experience in teaching or curriculum development in Ethics and Religious Studies / Religious Studies / Religious Education [see Note (v)]; and
(d) with sound knowledge and educational experience in the areas of developing school-based curricula and assessment in Ethics and Religious Studies and / or (PSHE) subjects is preferred.
入職條件(註)
(i)課程主任(個人、社會及人文教育/倫理與宗教)職位的申請日期為2013年6月14日(星期五)至 2013年6月28日(星期五)。
(ii) 申請人須在申請表上清楚註明所修讀學位課程的主修和副修科目。申請人如有其他學歷(例如有關科目碩士或博士學位)，亦須一併在申請表上列明。
(iii) 綜合招聘考試中文運用及英文運用試卷的成績分為「二級」、「一級」或「不及格」，並以「二級」為最高等級。香港高級程度會考中國語文及文化、中國語言文學或中國語文科「C」級或以上的成績會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試中文運用試卷的「二級」成績。香港高級程度會考英語運用科或General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level)(GCE A Level) English Language科「C」級或以上的成績則會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的「二級」成績。在 International English Language Testing System （IELTS）學術模式整體分級取得 6.5或以上，並在同一次考試中各項個別分級取得不低於 6 的人士，在IELTS考試成績的兩年有效期內，會視為已符合課程主任（個人、社會及人文教育/倫理與宗教）職位的英語能力要求。IELTS考試成績必須在職位開始接受申請的首天(即2013年6月14日)仍然有效。[參閱上列註(i)]
(iv)未有取得列於入職條件第(b)項所需的綜合招聘考試成績，但於截止接受申請當天(即 2013 年6月28日)已符合其他入職條件的人士，亦可提出申請，但有關申請人須於2013年6月8日舉行的綜合招聘考試的有關試卷中取得所需成績，方會獲考慮受聘。
(v) 申請人須述明於取得有關學歷後所具備的相關工作經驗及性質。
(vi) 為提高大眾對《基本法》的認知和在社區推廣學習《基本法》的風氣，所有教育局課程主任職位的招聘，均會包括《基本法》知識的評核。申請人在基本法測試(學位／專業程度職系)的表現，會佔其整體表現的一個適當比重，但不會影響其申請教育局課程主任職位的資格。原則上，申請人的學歷、經驗和才能仍然是考慮其是否適合被聘用的主要因素。
(vii) 申請人須處事盡責、積極主動、對工作有熱誠，並須品格良好，願意為教育界服務，作出承擔，以及能以中英文與人有效溝通。
