Assistant Information Technology Officer (Infrastructure)
月薪港幣15,000元至22,000元,視乎學歷和經驗而定
職責
助理資訊科技主任(基本設施)將負責:
(1) 向內部及遠端用戶提供求助台支援;
(2) 辦公室自動化系統、資訊科技資料系統和Lotus Notes應用系統的發展、文件編製、管理及保養工作;
(3) 向用戶提供資訊科技支援及訓練;以及
(4) 按需要就其他系統發展和資訊科技相關職務提供協助。
The Assistant Information Technology Officer (Infrastructure) will be responsible for:
(1) providing helpdesk support to local and remote users;
(2) developing, documenting, administering and maintaining office automation systems, IT inventory systems and Lotus Notes applications;
(3) providing IT support and training to users; and
(4) assisting in other system development and IT related duties as required.
入職條件
(1) (a) 持有香港任何一所理工大學/理工學院/香港專業教育學院/科技學院頒發的電腦科學、資訊科技或相關學科的高級文憑,或香港任何一所大專院校頒發的電腦科學、資訊科技或相關學科的認可副學士學位,或具同等學歷;
(b) 符合語文能力要求,即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級[(註1)]或以上成績,或具同等成績;以及
(c) 在取得有關學歷後具備至少兩年與資訊科技有關的全職工作經驗,其中至少一年擔任類似職位或相若職責者更為理想;
以及
(2) (a) 對以下各項具備實際經驗或熟悉使用者佔優—
(i) 在繁忙的大型(例如超過200名職員)機構中提供求助台支援(例如桌上電腦、手提電腦、打印機、IP網絡、檔案伺服器、電郵系統)、服務水平協議和求助電話管理
(ii) 個人電腦硬件(桌上及手提電腦)、Windows XP、Windows 7及8、Office 2007及2010、Windows Server 2003、2008及2012、LAN/WAN技術、Wireless LAN、IBM Louts Notes、流動裝置(例如Blackberry、iPhone及iPad)、Avaya IP電話、Norton Ghost、Sophos SafeGuard LANCrypt、Checkpoint Endpoint Media Encryption、保安修補程式管理,以及硬件/軟件資產管理
(iii) 會議室視聽系統,包括視像會議系統; 以及
(b) 以客為先,能在壓力下工作,並願意應要求在日常辦公時間之後逾時工作,以及間中候命工作。
(1) (a) A Higher Diploma from a Hong Kong polytechnic university/polytechnic/Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education/technical college in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline, or an accredited Associate Degree from a Hong Kong tertiary institution in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline, or equivalent;
(b) met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 [Note (1)] or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent; and
(c) at least 2 year’s post-qualification full time relevant IT working experience, preferably with at least 1 year in a similar post or in a comparable capacity;
AND
(2) (a) candidates who have hands-on experience or good knowledge of the following will possess an advantage –
(i) Helpdesk support (e.g. desktop PC, laptop, printer, IP network, file server, email system) in busy and large organisations (e.g with more than 200 staff members), service level agreement and call management
(ii) PC hardware (desktop and laptop), Windows XP, 7 and 8, Office 2007 and 2010, Windows Server 2003, 2008 and 2012, LAN/WAN technologies, Wireless LAN, IBM Louts Notes, Mobile devices (e.g. Blackberry, iPhone and iPad), Avaya IP Phone, Norton Ghost, Sophos SafeGuard LANCrypt, Checkpoint Endpoint Media Encryption, Security patches management and hardware/software asset management
(iii) Conference room audio-visual system, including video-conference system; and
(b) candidates should be customer oriented and able to perform under pressure, as well as willing to work after normal office hours and occasionally on an on-call basis as required.
入職條件(註)
(1) 政府在聘任非公務員員工時,2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙)E級成績,在行政上會被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第2級成績。
(2) 獲篩選的申請人或須參加筆試。
