- (a)協助警隊發展知識管理；(b)透過不同方式，推動警隊知識管理計劃發展工作；(c)更新警隊知識管理入門網站及管理網站內容；(d)負責知識管理求助台的日常運作；(e)聯絡有關單位和提供支援服務，並收集服務對象的意見；(f)擬備與知識管理活動有關的報告；(g)就知識管理進行研究；(h)支援與知識管理相關的活動。(註：或須不定時工作)
職責
- (a)To assist in the development of knowledge management (KM) in the Force;
- (b)to promote the development of Force KM projects through a variety of means;
- (c)to undertake the maintenance of Force KM Portal and management of the content of the Portal;
- (d)to perform the daily operation of KM Helpdesk;
- (e)to liaise and support stakeholders and collect customer feedback;
- (f)to prepare related reports on KM activities;
- (g)to conduct research on KM;
- (h)to undertake any KM-related activities.
(Note: may be required to work irregular hours).
入職條件
申請人必須(a)持有本港大學所頒授的知識管理、資訊管理或相關學科學位，或具同等學歷；(b)具備良好的中、英文講寫能力，並符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科取得第3級〔註(1)〕或以上成績，或具備同等資格；(c)取得上述學歷後具備至少三年推行知識管理的工作經驗，包括內容管理和建立知識分享平台；(d)熟悉電腦軟件應用，包括PowerPoint、Word、Excel、中文文書處理及網站設計與程式編製；以及(e)通過筆試。能操流利普通話者，在研究、檔案管理及／或項目管理方面有經驗者可獲優先考慮。
Candidates should have
- (a)a degree in Knowledge Management, Information Management or related disciplines from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent;
- (b)good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, and met the language proficiency requirements of Level 3 [see Note (1)] or above in Chinese Language and English Language subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent;
- (c)at least three years' post-degree working experience in knowledge management implementation, including content management and creation of knowledge sharing platform;
- (d)good knowledge of working on computers using PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Chinese word processing, and web design and programming; and
- (e)passed a written test. Proficiency in Putonghua, possession of research, record management, and/or project management experience is an advantage.
