助理講師(餐飲服務)
Assistant Lecturer (Food and Beverage Services)
總薪級表第19點(每月港幣31,120元)至總薪級表第33點(每月港幣59,485元)
職責
主要負責(a)在懲教院所向在囚人士講授相關的職訓科目;(b)策劃、發展、更新及編制訓練課程和訓練教材;(c)協助採購訓練物料、工具和設備;(d)督導負責職業訓練的導師;(e)編製預算、訓練及考試數據; 及(f)執行其他指派職務。(註:須受《監獄條例》約束。)
Mainly deployed on (a) giving lectures to persons in custody on related vocational subjects in the correctional services institutions; (b) planning, developing, updating and preparing training course / curriculum / training materials; (c) assisting in procurement of training materials, tools and equipment; (d) supervising instructing staff engaged in vocational training; (e) preparing estimates and compiling training / examination statistics; and (f) performing any other duties as assigned. (Note: Subject to the provisions of the Prisons Ordinance.)
入職條件
(a)持有香港理工學院/理工大學或香港專業教育學院/科技學院/工業學院所頒發的款客服務管理及餐飲學、或酒店餐飲及院舍作業文憑[參閱附註(a)],或同等學歷;(b)取得學歷後有五年相關的工作經驗[參閱入職條件註(1)];(c)符合語文能力要求,即香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科,成績達第2等級或以上[參閱入職條件註(2)],或同等成績;以及能操流利粵語及英語;及(d)須通過有關餐飲服務的筆試[參閱入職條件註(3)]。
(a) a Diploma from a Hong Kong polytechnic/polytechnic university or Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education/technical college/technical institute in hospitality management and catering studies, or hotel catering and institutional operations, or equivalent [General Note (a)]; (b) five years' relevant post-qualification experience [Note (1) under Entry Requirements]; and (c) meet the language proficiency requirements of ‘Level 2’ or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) [Note (2) under Entry Requirements], or equivalent; and be able to speak fluent Cantonese and English; and (d) pass a written examination on food and beverage services [Note (3) under Entry requirements].
入職條件(註)
(1) 申請人須在遞交申請表格時夾附詳細資料,列明在取得學歷後相關的工作經驗。
(2) 政府在聘任公務員時,2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科(課程乙)C級及E級的成績,在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或以後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3等級和第2等級的成績。
(3) 如果符合訂明入職條件的申請人人數眾多,招聘部門可以訂立篩選準則,甄選條件較佳的申請人,以便進一步處理。在此情況下,只有獲篩選的申請人會獲邀參加餐飲服務的筆試,而只有通過有關筆試及其後的面試的申請人才會獲考慮聘任。
