Domestic Staff II (Chinese Cooking/Western Cooking)
總薪級表第13點(每月港幣23,210元)至總薪級表第16點(每月港幣26,895元)
職責
主要職責包括:
(a) 為行政長官及其家人,以及到訪的貴賓準備食材和烹調食物;
(b) 在香港禮賓府、粉嶺別墅及其他地方舉行的官式及社交宴會提供餐飲服務;
(c) 設計餐單及協助採購食材;以及
(d) 安排及打點日常廚房運作,包括處理食物、清潔及保養煮食用具等工作。
(註一:二級家務員須(a)超時及不定時工作,包括在晚間、周六、周日及公眾假期工作;(b)在宿舍住宿;(c)穿著制服;以及(d)奉派香港禮賓府、粉嶺別墅和其他地方工作。
註二:為提高大眾對《基本法》的認知和在社區推廣學習《基本法》的風氣,所有公務員職位的招聘,均會包括《基本法》知識的評核。獲邀參加遴選面試的應徵者,其對基本法的認識會在面試中以口頭提問形式被評核。除非兩位應徵者的整體表現相若,招聘當局才會參考應徵者在基本法知識測試中的表現。)
Major duties include:
(a) to prepare food and provide cooking service to the Chief Executive, his family, and guests;
(b) to provide meals for both official and social functions in Government House, Fanling Lodge and any other places as required;
(c) to design menus and assist in purchasing food and ingredients; and
(d) to undertake daily kitchen operation including food handling, cleaning and maintaining cooking utensils, etc.
(Note 1: Domestic Staff II are required to (a) work overtime and irregular hours including evenings, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays; (b) live in quarters; (c) wear uniform; and (d) be deployed to work in Government House, Fanling Lodge and any other places as required.
Note 2: For the purpose of heightening public awareness of the Basic Law (BL) and promoting a culture of learning of BL in the community, assessment of BL knowledge will be included in the recruitment for all civil service jobs. Candidates who are invited to attend the recruitment interview will be tested orally on their BL knowledge during the recruitment interview. Results of BL assessment will be taken into account only if two candidates are considered equal in all other aspects.)
入職條件
申請人必須:
(a) 具有最少九年在大戶家庭/大型飲食機構/酒店擔任中廚/西廚職務或類似經驗,精通烹飪;
(b) 能操流利粵語和簡單英語,並能閱讀和書寫簡單中文及英文;懂基本電腦文書處理者將獲優先考慮;以及
(c) 兼具其他地方菜式知識/烹飪經驗者為佳。
Candidates should:
(a) have at least 9 years’ experience in Chinese/Western cooking in a large household/establishment in the hospitality/hotel industry, have strong knowledge and competence in all aspects of cooking or comparable experience;
(b) be able to speak fluent Cantonese and simple English; read and write simple Chinese and English; ability of basic computer work processing is preferred; and
(c) knowledge/experience in other cuisines is an advantage.
