(a) to assist in organising various celebration and community activities including coordinating with government departments and non-government organisations; (b) to assist in computer data inputting and liaison work; (c) to assist in office administration, personnel and accounting matters; (d) any other duties as assigned including delivery of materials and outdoor duties; and (e) if necessary, will be required to work outside normal office hours including Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.

Applicants should have - (a) (i)Level 2 or equivalent (Note 1) or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) (Note 2), or equivalent; or (ii) Level 2 (Note 3) / Grade E or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) (Note 2), or equivalent; (b) met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 (Note 3) or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE or HKCEE, or equivalent; (c) a minimum of one year’s post-qualification full-time clerical working experience, preferably in the government or public sector ; (d) good command of Chinese and English, proficiency in Putonghua is preferred; (e) good computer knowledge including proficiency of MS Word and Excel; and (f) Chinese word processing speed of 20 words per minute and English word processing speed of 30 words per minute. Suitable candidates may be required to attend a typing speed test.
