• (a)to assist in organising various celebration and community activities including coordinating with government departments and non-government organisations;
• (b)to assist in computer data inputting and liaison work;
• (c)to assist in office administration, personnel and accounting matters;
• (d)any other duties as assigned including delivery of materials and outdoor duties; and
• (e)if necessary, will be required to work outside normal office hours including Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.

Applicants should have -

• (a)(i)Level 2 or equivalent (Note 1) or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) (Note 2), or equivalent; or
  • (ii)Level 2 (Note 3) / Grade E or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) (Note 2), or equivalent;
• (b)met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 (Note 3) or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE or HKCEE, or equivalent;
• (c)a minimum of one year’s post-qualification full-time clerical working experience, preferably in the government or public sector ;
• (d)good command of Chinese and English, proficiency in Putonghua is preferred;
• (e)good computer knowledge including proficiency of MS Word and Excel; and
• (f)Chinese word processing speed of 20 words per minute and English word processing speed of 30 words per minute. Suitable candidates may be required to attend a typing speed test.
