負責
- (a)執行秘書職務如文書處理及接聽電話；
- (b)執行一般文書職責，例如文件存檔、影印、輸入及校對資料等；以及
- (c)在有需要時執行戶外職務及任何其他委派的工作。
職責
To
- (a)perform secretarial duties such as word-processing and answering phone calls;
- (b)provide general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, data entry and vetting etc; and
- (c)carry out outdoor duties and any other duties if required.

申請人必須
- (a)
- (i)在香港中學文憑考試五科考獲第2級或同等或以上成績，其中包括中國語文科、英國語文科及數學科，或具同等學歷

- (ii)在香港中學會考五科考獲第2級／E級或以上成績，其中包括中國語文科、英國語文科及數學科，或具同等學歷

(b)具備良好的電腦及中英文文書處理技能

(c)具有一年相關的全職工作經驗；以及
(d)能操流利粵語及簡單英語。
Candidates should
- (a)
- (i)have Level 2 or above in five subjects including Chinese Language, English Language and Mathematics in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent

- (ii)have Level 2/Grade E or above in five subjects including Chinese Language, English Language and Mathematics in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent

- (b)have good computer and Chinese and English word-processing skills

- (c)have one year relevant full-time working experience; and
- (d)be able to speak fluent Cantonese and simple English.
入職條件(註)
- (1)香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標」成績，以及其他語言科目E級成績，在行政上會被視為相等於新高中科目第2級成績。
- (2)2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) E級成績，在行政上會被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第2級成績。
- (3)應徵者須通過技能測試，包括中英文文字處理及MS Excel的應用。
