負責
- (i)協助策劃和發展數碼廣播設施，包括資訊科技／伺服器系統及數碼電視／無線電分配系統；
- (ii)就數碼廣播系統的製作、後期製作、訊號傳送等應用操作方面進行工程可行性研究；
- (iii)就新廣播技術進行評估及就有關表現作報告；
- (iv)就工程發展與內部各組及外間組織互相協調；
- (v)協助擬備及評估標書；及
- (vi)在落實工程項目的過程中監督外間承辦商的工作。(註：或須不定時工作和在周日及公眾假期期間工作。)
職責
- (i)To assist in planning and development of digital broadcast facilities, including IT / server-based systems and digital TV / radio distribution systems;
- (ii)to undertake engineering feasibility studies in relation to the application of digital broadcast systems in production, post-production and transmission;
- (iii)to evaluate new broadcast technologies and report on their performance;
- (iv)to coordinate with internal and external bodies in engineering development;
- (v)to assist in the preparation and evaluation of tenders; and
- (vi)to supervise external contractors in engineering project implementation.
Note:
May be required to work irregular hours, on Sundays and Public Holidays.

- (a)
- (i)持有香港的大學所頒發學位，以主修電子、電訊、電腦科學、資訊科技、系統工程或工程管理學為佳，或具備同等學歷，並具有兩年處理電視廣播、電台廣播或多媒體業的工程項目的實際相關工作經驗；或
- (ii)持有香港的專上院校頒授經評審的副學士學位或獲認可的高級文憑，以主修電子、電訊、電腦科學、資訊科技、系統工程或工程管理學為佳，或具備同等學歷，並具有三年處理電視廣播、電台廣播或多媒體業的工程項目的實際相關工作經驗；或
- (iii)持有香港的專上院校頒授獲認可的文憑／高級證書，以主修電子、電訊、電腦科學、資訊科技、系統工程或工程管理學為佳，或具備同等學歷，並具有四年處理電視廣播、電台廣播或多媒體業的工程項目的實際相關工作經驗；及
- (b)符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學會考／香港中學文憑考試英國語文科考獲第2級或以上成績，或具備同等成績[請參閱註(1)]。
申請人如擅長工程項目策劃及技術監控，並熟悉廣播製作、後期製作、訊號傳送、電腦網絡及資訊科技的事宜則更為理想。
Candidates should have –
- (a)
- (i)a Hong Kong Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Technology, System Engineering or Engineering Management, or equivalent; and 2 years of relevant hands-on experience in handling engineering projects in the TV broadcasting, radio broadcasting or multimedia environment; OR
- (ii)an accredited associate degree or an accredited higher diploma, preferably in Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Technology, System Engineering or Engineering Management, from a Hong Kong tertiary institution, or equivalent; and 3 years of relevant hands-on experience in handling engineering projects in the TV broadcasting, radio broadcasting or multimedia environment; OR
- (iii)an accredited diploma or Higher Certificate, preferably in Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Technology, System Engineering or Engineering Management, from a Hong Kong tertiary institution, or equivalent; and 4 years of relevant hands-on experience in handling engineering projects in the TV broadcasting, radio broadcasting or multimedia environment; AND
- (b)met the language proficiency requirement of Level 2 or above in English Language in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) / Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination, or equivalent [See Note (1)].
Candidates who are strong at project planning, performance monitoring and with good knowledge of broadcast production, post-production, transmission, computer networking and information technologies will have an advantage.
