- (a)協助策劃及於中學落實有關學校課程持續更新下的主要更新重點及其他教育倡議，包括在有需要時為學界舉辦工作坊/諮詢會；
- (b)研究教育議題，特別是參考國際做法以及外國教育改革的最新發展；
- (c)與學校及本地教育機構保持緊密聯繫，以助說明教育倡議的正面之處，以及在不同學習階段的延續性；
- (d)鼓勵學校之間的合作及分享良好經驗，以及透過到學校探訪，評估教育倡議在學校層面落實的情況；
- (e)協調跨學科事宜；以及
- (f)執行被委派的其他職務。

Part-time Chief Project Manager (Strategic Planning for School-level Implementation) (EDB/CDI/135/17)
時薪620元 (每星期工作16小時)
職責
- (a)To assist in the planning and implementation of Major Renewed Emphases of the ongoing renewal of the school curriculum and other education initiatives at secondary school level including conducting workshops/ consultation sessions for the school sector as deemed necessary;
- (b)to conduct researches on education issues, in particular drawing reference to international practices, and to tap latest development on education reform overseas;
- (c)to maintain close contact with schools and local education bodies to help explain the positive aspects of the education initiatives and their continuity across various key stages of learning;
- (d)to encourage school collaboration and dissemination of good practices, and assess the implementation of education initiatives at the school level through visits to schools;
- (e)to coordinate effort and input on cross-sectional subjects; and
- (f)to undertake any other duties assigned.
入職條件
- (a)持有本港所頒授的學士學位，或具備同等學歷[參閱註(ii)] ；以及持有本港專上教育機構所頒授的教育證書，或具備同等學歷；
- (b)在取得有關學歷後，具有不少於20 年的教學或與教育相關的經驗，例如學校支援服務、視學及課程發展，當中不少於5年須擔任管理職位[參閱註(iii)]；
- (c)良好的中文及英文語文能力；
- (d)良好的組織力、溝通能力及人際技巧；以及
- (e)對本港教育制度的最新發展，特別是有關最近在課程發展及教育改革上的範疇有認知。
備註：此職位男女均可申請。
- (a)A Hong Kong bachelor's degree, or equivalent [see Note (ii)]; and a certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution, or equivalent;
- (b)At least 20 years of post-qualification teaching experience or education related experience such as school support, school inspection and curriculum development, among which a candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in holding a management position [see Note (iii)];
- (c)Good command of both English and Chinese;
- (d)Good organisation, communication and interpersonal skills; and
- (e)Awareness of recent developments in the education system with particular reference to current trends in curriculum development and education reforms in Hong Kong.
