職責
- (a)To operate and monitor computer equipment, network and servers, including mobile computing devices and audio/visual equipment;
- (b)To perform user Information Technology (IT) support and assist in incident management/trouble shooting;
- (c)To assist in management of computer job processing and systems, including Web-based School Administration and Management System (WebSAMS), e-learning platforms, schools' intranet and webpages;
- (d)To assist in procurement of IT equipment and services, contract administration, site preparation, and management of IT asset and external suppliers such as WiFi service providers;
- (e)To assist in maintenance of records and documentation; and
- (f)Any other relevant technical duties in supporting IT in Education.
入職條件
- (a)
- (i)持有本港所頒授的電腦科學、電腦工程學或相關科目學士學位，或具備同等學歷；或
- (ii)持有本港專上教育機構所頒授的高級文憑，或具備同等學歷，主修資訊科技或相關科目，並須具備最少3年相關電腦網絡操作及技術支援經驗；
- (b)持有微軟認證專家(Microsoft Certified Professional)/微軟認證系統工程師(MCSE)證書者優先；
- (c)具備Windows server 2003/2008/2012/2016或以上系統操作經驗者優先；
- (d)具備Linux系統操作經驗者優先；
- (e)中英文良好；
- (f)具備於中學從事相關工作經驗者優先；
- (g)熟悉一般桌面電腦軟件及平板電腦軟件操作，如文書處理、試算表、簡報及圖像處理軟件等；
- (h)具備支援及管理網絡伺服器(Web Servers)經驗者優先；以及
- (i)面試者或須接受技能測試及/或筆試。
- (a)
- (i)A Hong Kong bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent; or
- (ii)A Higher Diploma from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution, or equivalent, majoring in Information Technology (IT) or related subjects, and 3 years' working experiences in computer networking operation and technology support;
- (b)Holder of Microsoft Certified Professional(MCP)/ Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) certification preferred;
- (c)Familiar with operation for Windows Server 2003/2008/2012/2016 preferred;
- (d)Experience in operating Linux System preferred;
- (e)Good command of Chinese and English;
- (f)Relevant working experience in Secondary School preferred;
- (g)Familiar with the use of the general desktop computer and tablet software, including word-processing, spreadsheet, presentation and graphic design programmes;
- (h)Experience in supporting & managing web servers preferred; and
- (i)May be required to take trade test and/or written test.
