- (b)支援軟硬件及網絡設備的使用，包括：

職責
- (a)To manage and operate the computers and Information Technology (IT) facilities in schools;
- (b)To support the use of computer hardware, software and network equipment including:
- (i)installation and configuration;
- (ii)user support and troubleshooting;
- (iii)system update and maintenance;
- (iv)stock keeping and procurement;
- (c)To design, develop and update school webpages and computer applications;
- (d)To install and update computer softwares in classrooms;
- (e)To assist in promoting IT education, mobile learning, Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) education and operating relevant equipment;
- (f)To assist in production of multimedia teaching materials;
- (g)To support and assist to manage online learning platforms, Web-based School Administration and Management System (WebSAMS) and school intranet;
- (h)To assist in managing and operating the audio-visual facilities in schools, including the stage lighting and Campus TV;
- (i)Work on shift or overtime may be required; and
- (j)Any other duties assigned by the school.
入職條件
- (a)
- (i)持有本港所頒授的電腦科學、電腦工程學或相關科目學士學位，或具備同等學歷；或
- (ii)持有本港專上教育機構所頒授的高級文憑，或具備同等學歷，主修資訊科技或相關科目，並須具備最少3年相關電腦網絡操作及技術支援經驗；
- (b)持有微軟認證專家(Microsoft Certified Professional)證書者優先；
- (c)具備Windows server 2003 / 2008 / 2012 / 2016或以上系統操作經驗者優先；
- (d)具備Linux系統操作經驗者優先；
- (e)具備任職學校相關經驗者優先；
- (f)中英文良好；
- (g)熟悉一般桌面電腦軟件及平板電腦軟件操作，如文書處理、試算表、簡報及圖像處理軟件等；
- (h)具備路由器、交換器和防火牆/TCP、IP及互聯網絡服務的一般配置知識者優先；
- (i)具備設計及修改網頁知識者優先；
- (j)具備網上學校行政及管理系統(WebSAMS)、「學校發展與問責」數據電子平台(ESDA)及行動裝置管理(MDM)系統操作經驗者優先；
- (k)具備管理平板電腦經驗者優先；以及
- (l)面試者或須接受技能測試及/或筆試。
- (a)
- (i)A Hong Kong bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent; or
- (ii)A Higher Diploma from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution, or equivalent, majoring in Information Technology (IT) or related subjects, and 3 years' working experiences in computer networking operation and technology support;
- (b)Holder of Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) Certification Preferred;
- (c)Familiar with operation for Windows Server 2003 / 2008 / 2012 /2016 preferred;
- (d)Experience in operating Linux System preferred;
- (e)Relevant working experience in school preferred;
- (f)Good command of Chinese and English;
- (g)Familiar with the use of the general desktop computer and tablet software, including word-processing, spreadsheet, presentation and graphic design programmes; and
- (h)Knowledge in configurations of routers, switch and firewalls/ TCP, IP and internet service preferred;
- (i)Knowledge in designing and modifying webpages preferred;
- (j)Familiar with operation for Web-based School Administration and Management System (WebSAMS), E-platform for School Development and Accountability (ESDA) and Mobile Device Management (MDM) preferred;
- (k)Experience in managing tablets preferred; and
- (l)May be required to take trade test and/or written test.
