助理稅務主任在上司的督導下主要負責
- (1)協助評稅、處理文件、收稅及追討稅款；及
- (2)處理稅務查詢及其他有關職務。
職責
An Assistant Taxation Officer, under the supervision of senior officers, is mainly deployed to
- (1)assist in tax assessment, document processing, tax collection and recovery; and
- (2)handle tax enquiries and other related duties.
入職條件
申請人必須︰
- (1)(a) 在香港中學文憑考試5科考獲第2級或同等(註 i)或以上成績，包括中國語文、英國語文及數學科，或具備同等學歷；或
- (1)(b) 在香港中學會考5科考獲第2級(註 ii)／E級或以上成績，包括中國語文、英國語文及數學科，或具備同等學歷；及
- (2)符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考的中國語文科及英國語文科考獲第2級(註 ii)或以上成績，或具備同等成績；及
- (3)操流利粵語及英語。
- (4)申請人如具備會計及／或稅務的相關知識，將獲優先考慮(註 iii)。
Candidates should :
- (1)(a) have Level 2 or equivalent (Note i) or above in five subjects including Chinese Language, English Language and Mathematics in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent; or
- (1)(b) have Level 2 (Note ii) / Grade E or above in five subjects including Chinese Language, English Language and Mathematics in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent; and
- (2)have met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 (Note ii) or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the HKDSEE or HKCEE, or equivalent; and
- (3)be able to speak fluent Cantonese and English.
- (4)Candidates possessing relevant knowledge in accounting and / or taxation would be an advantage(Note iii).
入職條件(註)
- (i)政府在聘任公務員時，香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標」成績，以及其他語言科目E級成績，會被視為相等於新高中科目第2級成績。
- (ii)政府在聘任公務員時，2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙)C級及E級的成績，在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年及其後舉行的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級和第2級的成績。
- (iii)申請人應在申請書上詳述有關的會計或稅務資格和經驗。此外，其中國語文及英國語文能力所達之水平，亦應清楚列明於申請書上。
- (iv)為提高大眾對《基本法》的認知和在社區推廣學習《基本法》的風氣，政府會測試應徵公務員職位人士的《基本法》知識。申請人在基本法測試的表現會佔其整體表現的一個適當比重。應徵者如獲邀參加遴選面試，會被安排於面試當日參加基本法筆試。筆試會於面試結束後舉行。
