職責
測量主任(產業)主要負責執行有關土地批售、短期租約的租賃、徵用土地、契約修訂及執行契約條款，以及土地和產業管理的一般土地行政工作，包括實地視察；分析土地／物業的交易；草擬批租條件及租賃協議；草擬估價及補償評估報告；調查土地業權；執行寮屋／土地管制及清理土地的工作；查核建築圖則；以及在颱風及發生其他天災期間執行緊急及候召職務。
A Survey Officer (Estate) is mainly deployed on performing general land administration work in connection with land disposal, short term tenancy letting, land acquisition, lease modification and enforcement, land and estate management, and carrying out site inspections; analyzing land/property transactions; preparing draft lease conditions and tenancy agreements; preparing draft valuation and compensation assessments; checking land status; carrying out squatter/land control and clearance; scrutinizing building plans; and performing emergency and on-call duties during typhoon and other natural disasters.
入職條件
申請人必須(a) 持有香港任何一所理工大學／理工學院或香港專業教育學院／科技學院／工業學院頒發的估價及物業管理文憑或高級證書，或具同等學歷；以及(b) 符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級或以上成績，或具同等成績[註(1)]。
Candidates should have (a) a Diploma / Higher Certificate in Valuation and Property Management from a Hong Kong polytechnic university / polytechnic or the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education or a technical college/technical institute, or equivalent; and (b) met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination [Note (1)], or equivalent.
入職條件(註)
(1) 政府在聘任公務員時，2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙)C級及E級成績，在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級和第2級成績。
(2) 申請人如額外取得地理科的學術資格，以及具備工業繪圖及／或一般電腦應用軟件方面的知識，可獲優先考慮。
(3) 為提高大眾對《基本法》的認知和在社區推廣學習《基本法》的風氣，政府會測試應徵公務員職位人士的《基本法》知識。申請人在基本法測試的表現會佔其整體表現的一個適當比重。
(2) 申請人如額外取得地理科的學術資格，以及具備工業繪圖及／或一般電腦應用軟件方面的知識，可獲優先考慮。
(3) 為提高大眾對《基本法》的認知和在社區推廣學習《基本法》的風氣，政府會測試應徵公務員職位人士的《基本法》知識。申請人在基本法測試的表現會佔其整體表現的一個適當比重。
