職責
- (a)To conduct research on innovation and technology related issues (including social media), and write up reports based on the research findings and analysis; <br>
- (b)To assist in drafting articles and speeches; <br>
- (c)To assist in drafting replies to public enquiries; <br>
- (d)To assist in the conduct of community engagement exercises; and <br>
- (e)To perform other duties as required by senior officers.

- (a)持有本地任何一所大學頒授的新聞學、傳理學或公共行政學士學位，或具同等學歷；在取得有關學歷後，具備最少五年全職工作經驗，相關新聞／媒體／公共行政範疇將獲優先考慮； <br>
- (b)中文及英文講寫能力俱佳； <br>
- (c)熟悉社區事務； <br>
- (d)具備良好的研究技巧，包括網上資源的運用； <br>
- (e)具備良好的溝通、組織及表達技巧； <br>
- (f)具備平面、多媒體設計、版面設計及影片製作的知識和技巧；以及 <br>
- (g)成熟、積極進取及能夠長時間或不定時工作。
Candidates should : - <br>
- (a)have a bachelor degree in journalism, communication or Government administration from a local university, or equivalent; and a minimum of 5 years’ full-time post-qualification experience, preferably in journalistic, media or public administration field; <br>
- (b)have good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; <br>
- (c)have good understanding of community affairs; <br>
- (d)have effective research skills, including the use of online resources; <br>
- (e)have strong communication, organisational and presentation skills; <br>
- (f)have knowledge and skills in graphic, multimedia design, layout and video production; and <br>
- (g)be mature, self-motivated and able to work long or irregular hours.
