- (a)為政府飛行服務隊之工程項目提供執行及行政支援； <br>
- (b)於工程項目期間作為專責工地管理人員； <br>
- (c)協助處理及跟進政府飛行服務隊行政部之各項工程及項目事宜；及 <br>
- (d)執行其他指派的工作。
職責
- (a)To provide executive and administration support for the construction projects of GFS; <br>
- (b)To be the full-time officer for the site management duties throughout the construction period; <br>
- (c)To assist in handling various works and projects of the Administration Section; and <br>
- (d)To perform other duties as assigned.
入職條件
申請人必須具備下列資格： <br>
- (a)持有由本港大學頒授的學士學位或同等學歷； <br>
- (b)在香港中學會考或香港中學文憑考試中國語文科及英國語文科成績達第三級或以上，或達同等學歷； <br>
- (c)具備良好及擁有近期管理政府工程項目的經驗； <br>
- (d)具備最少三年在行政及管理工作擔任督導職位的經驗； <br>
- (e)熟悉政府招聘及採購程序，其中對政府飛行服務隊的運作有良好瞭解者尤佳 <br>
- (f)中英文書寫能力良好、並操流利粵語及英語；及 <br>
- (g)通曉應用軟件，包括中英文文書處理、試算表、簡報等。
Candidates should have: <br>
- (a)a bachelor’s degree from a Hong Kong university or equivalent; <br>
- (b)achieved Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education (HKCEE) or the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent; <br>
- (c)good and recent experience in managing government works projects; <br>
- (d)at least three years of experience in administrative on executive work in a supervisory position; <br>
- (e)good understanding of the government recruitment and procurement procedures and preferably a fair understanding of the operation of the Government Flying Service; <br>
- (f)good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; and <br>
- (g)good knowledge of common application software, including English and Chinese Word Processing, Excel and Powerpoint.
入職條件(註)
政府在聘任非公務員時，2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科 (課程乙) C級的成績，在行政上會被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科第三級的成績。
