職責
(a) 協助籌辦教師專業發展課程；
(b) 協助管理戶外教育營計劃；
(c) 協助管理辦公室的維修和保養、管理圖書和參考書及文儀傢具等；
(d) 執行與日常運作有關的行政職務；以及
(e) 執行被委派的其他職務。

(a) To assist in preparing teachers' professional development programmes;
(b) To assist in administering the Outdoor Education Camp Scheme;
(c) To assist in taking care of office maintenance, safe custody of library books and references, furniture and equipment, etc;
(d) To perform administrative duties related to the day-to-day operation; and
(e) To undertake any other duties as assigned.

入職條件
(a) 完成中五學業，或具備同等學歷；
(b) 具備良好中、英文口語及書寫能力；
(c) 熟悉中英文輸入法及電腦操作者優先，例如文字處理，試算表及簡報軟件；
(d) 具備不少於2年在政府決策局/部門從事文書支援工作的相關經驗；以及
(e) 面試者或須接受技能測試及/或筆試。

(c) Familiar with Chinese and English input methods and computer operations, such as word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software preferred;

(e) May be required to take trade test and/or written test.
